脱离之觉性自身中阴得度，明澈曼殊室利，显现心识当下解脱，不变智慧无有聚散。 指引树立，断除忽然而来之执取，光明自性坚定而证悟， 三相认知融入自相续，原始清净之实相得以稳固。 于未现证平等后得无别法性一味之前， 不离莲师口诀之八大教言，精进修持正确之见地， 对根本上师，以虔诚恭敬之信心，恒常不懈地依止。 舍弃与取舍之处，皆如普贤金刚持之教言而行持。 总而言之，生生世世恒常得遇圆满正等觉之清净教法， 成熟灌顶之圆满，解脱次第二道之禅定，功德圆满。 于胜义谛无有错谬过失之实相，获得定解，成就自利法身， 慈悲之果，为利他而恒常行持色身之事业。 如是，乃是为北方伏藏修心法之精髓，莲花生大师之意旨圆满，大圆满扬提珍宝明灯传承之诸位上师所作之祈请文，应莲宗导师，无碍通晓十八部经论之大学者贝玛仁增（莲花持明）再三劝请，于多康噶托（四川甘孜州噶陀寺）南方出生，以大圆满为信解之瑜伽士持明才旺诺布，于总持者雍珠月之上弦初四，在拉堆绛巴（拉孜县）桑宗所说，书写者为释迦比丘，精通声明学者贝玛永仲所作。吉祥！吉祥！吉祥！萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（藏文，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：Sarva Maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥）！ 北方伏藏修心法扬提珍宝明灯引导文之祈请，加持降临之铁钩。

Liberation in the Bardo through the Awareness of Separation, Clear and radiant Manjushri, the mind of appearance is instantly liberated, unchanging wisdom without gathering or scattering. Pointing out and establishing, cutting off sudden grasping, realizing the stability of the luminous self-nature, Recognizing the three aspects and integrating them into one's own continuum, may the original purity of reality be firmly established. Until the equality of post-meditation and the single taste of Dharma nature are manifested, Without separating from the Eight Great Instructions of Padmasambhava's oral instructions, diligently practice the correct view, With unwavering devotion, respect, and faith in the root guru, always rely on them without slackening. May the places of abandonment and adoption be practiced according to the teachings of Kuntuzangpo Vajradhara. In short, may we always encounter the pure teachings of the perfectly enlightened Buddha in all lifetimes, Complete the ripening empowerment, the liberating stages of the two paths of meditation, and perfect the qualities. Having determined the true nature of reality, which is free from error and fault, may we accomplish the Dharmakaya for our own benefit, May the fruit of compassion, the Rupakaya's activities for the benefit of others, always be practiced. Thus, this is the essence of the Northern Treasure Mind Accomplishment, the complete representation of Guru Padmasambhava's intention, a prayer made to the lineage lamas of the Great Perfection Yangtik Precious Lamp, at the repeated request of the omniscient Padma Rigzin, who speaks unhindered on the eighteen categories of scriptures. Written by Rigzin Tsewang Norbu, born in the southern part of Dokham Katok (Kathok Monastery in Garze Prefecture, Sichuan), a yogi who practices with faith in the Great Perfection, on the fourth day of the waxing moon of Yongdzin Dhyukgu, at Lhatö Jangpa (Lazi County) Samdzong.
