Previously, messengers from Shang Taknaba arrived many times, although it was agreed to arrive in that area within three months. However, according to our own auspicious arrangements, I plan to first go to any good or suitable place in Lhari. In general, this year's dreams are very changeable, and there are no good omens, so I hope to be able to go to the Kongpo area as soon as possible. After that, whether those who take the teachings of the great accomplished one as their responsibility really make efforts or not, please do whatever is beneficial to the lineage of empowerment, guidance, and oral transmission, etc. However, according to the messenger, all the realized nuns there, young and old, seem to be wearing very unclean Dharma robes. Thinking that the teachings on the throne of the great accomplished one have declined to the end, I feel uneasy and sincerely sad. However, since I have not abandoned the altruistic intention, please consider how to maximize the benefit to the teachings of the great accomplished one. I will also always do my best from the guarding post. Please abide in the sacred Dharma realm and grant auspicious protection. Offering pure white offerings and sacred Dharma robes, offered from the secret sacred mountain of Stingkye on an auspicious date. It would have been good to go to Ralung for the gathering yesterday, although I said so. However, since our dreams and omens are very changeable, and there are evil spirits nearby or together, I doubt whether I will be able to attend the gathering. Therefore, if there are practitioners of teaching and studying the Dharma, let them stay there. If not, then there is not much need to stay in that place. It would be better to go to U-Tsang for a while, especially to pay homage to the great ruler, wouldn't it? In addition, please continue to write letters to Depa Jetsun. Because people in the degenerate age are fickle, so if it is necessary to observe, take the best approach. However, this time, please mainly decide on the place to go, and especially if you make some symbolic prayers in front of the wish-fulfilling statue, it would be very good.

It is like this. If you cannot go to U-Tsang (dbus gtsang, present-day Lhasa and Shannan areas of Tibet Autonomous Region) immediately, then it is generally good to submit a report to the great lord. The result of submitting the letter: You are staying in Bhar (འབར་ར), and if possible, on the way to Taktsé (སྟག་རྩེ), plan to stop by the seat of the great incarnation for a short while. From here, Lhari (ལྷ་རི) and Paro Taktsang (སྤ་གྲོ་སྟག་ཚང་, located in Paro, Bhutan) are quite close, so it is very likely that you will go to Paro for a short visit. It is said that there is smallpox over there, so since you have not had smallpox, you are also planning to go there. If you want to stay there for a while, please go to the source of the Kagyu lineage, the precious Ralung (ར་ལུང་, located in present-day Shigatse area of Tibet), Habo Gangsang (ཧ་བོ་གངས་བཟང་), and the place where Sutse Dzom (སུ་རྩེ་འཛོམ) gathers. If I complete the pilgrimage to the sacred sites of U-Tsang in the meantime, and you go immediately, then I will meet you in Taktsé (སྟག་རྩེ) when you return.
