虽然因为成为障碍而没有讲述的机会，但由于您再三地以极大的重视来敦促，我担心犯下违背教言的过错，所以在此讲述。对此，无论其他人喜欢与否，我都不会对自己的正直言辞感到畏惧和羞愧。为什么呢？因为大导师莲花生（贝玛炯涅）的教言，在许多早期具量伏藏师的授记中都赞扬了我自己，赞颂了安住于圣者地位的圣人们。特别是，由于上师的加持融入心中，我看到了不错误的见解，所以我自己给自己鼓励。上师、本尊、空行母们在禅定和梦境中也多次相见，并加持了我的相续。对今生现象的执着，由于前世业力的牵引，从小就很少，所以我完全没有为了自己的意愿而欺骗他人。特别是，如果说关于上师的谎言，会成为别解脱戒的堕罪和菩萨戒的根本堕罪。在持明咒语的时候，语言的力量也来自于真诚的誓言，因此，说那样的谎言有什么重要意义呢？如实讲述的话语，即使他人可能不喜欢，但这件事并不会让我感到沮丧。像这样，这次从情况出发，阐明了量之传承的精髓，一部分则以缘起为目标，希望以后再谈。持有旃荼离颜色的丝绸，以三个金刚杵装饰，铁猪年（1251）藏历十月上弦初四，在拉堆绛（今西藏日喀则地区）的夏（Shri）的岸边，由被称为持明者的人写下。往昔积累清净福德的业果， 显现增上圆满善妙的种姓中， 决定善妙三学功德一切的精华， 依止殊胜上师金刚持者尊前。 种种繁杂喧嚣大海的中央， 于胜妙利他黄金洲上永坚住， 成办二利珍宝极其精勤的， 仅持化身名号者如是说唱。 以清净善妙行持的智慧海中， 无垢明月升起加持月轮的， 遍满末世众生的热恼痛苦， 善于遣除心之爱子您啊！

Although there was no opportunity to speak due to it becoming an obstacle, I am speaking here because you have repeatedly urged with great importance, and I fear committing the fault of disobeying the teachings. Regarding this, no matter how others feel, I will not be afraid or ashamed of my honest words. Why? Because the words of the great teacher Padmasambhava (Pema Jungne), in many early authentic treasure masters' prophecies, praised myself and extolled the holy beings who reside in the state of the noble ones. In particular, because the blessings of the holy lama have entered my heart, I have seen the unerring view, so I encourage myself. The lamas, yidams, and dakinis have also repeatedly appeared in meditation and dreams, and have blessed my lineage. Attachment to the phenomena of this life, due to the momentum of past karma, has been small since childhood, so I have absolutely no intention of deceiving others for my own desires. In particular, lying about the lama will become a defeat in the Pratimoksha vow and a root downfall in the Bodhisattva vow. When holding the vidyadhara mantra, the power of speech also comes from sincere vows, so what is the importance of speaking such lies? Even if others may not like the words spoken truthfully, this matter will not make me feel discouraged. In this way, starting from the current situation, I have clarified the essence of the lineage of valid teachings, and some parts are aimed at interdependence, hoping to discuss them later. Holding a silk of Chandali color, adorned with three vajra frontispieces, on the 4th day of the waxing moon of the tenth month of the Iron Pig year (1251), on the bank of Shri in Latö Gyal (modern-day Rikaze area of Tibet), it was written by the one known as a vidyadhara. The karmic result of accumulating pure merit in the past, Born into a lineage manifesting the excellence of perfect virtue, The essence of all definite goodness, the three trainings, and qualities, Before the venerable guru, the Vajra Holder. In the midst of the tumultuous ocean of various confusions, Firmly established on the golden island of supreme altruism, Extremely diligent in obtaining the two benefits, the precious ones, The one who merely holds the name of emanation speaks thus. In the wisdom ocean of conduct with pure virtue, The stainless moon rises, the blessings of the lunar halo, Completely encompassing the heat and suffering of beings in the degenerate age, You, the skillful remover, the beloved son of my heart!

May victory prevail! If there is no flaw of wrongdoing in your mind, you will not be obscured by empty words. Even if it is only a part, with the complete four powers, through confession, from now on, I recover and breathe. However, always maintain the mindfulness of equipoise, henceforth, please uphold the great unwavering commitment. You and I, through the power of pure aspiration, in some lifetimes, our minds will gather as one. If the vows are not broken, in future lives as well, we will always be together, there is no doubt about it. Therefore, for the virtuous aspirations of this and future lives, please strive together, without negligence. Thus, the Dzogchen yogi of inherent nature, the madman of vast and expansive conduct is, Tsewang Norbu, free from the bondage of constellations, offered on the auspicious day of Ruluk, the auspicious month. To the presence of the fortunate Vajra disciple.
