I also pray that I may always practice without delay. By the virtue of my strong efforts in body, speech, and mind, accumulated over a long time, may all the wishes of the definitive teachings' holders, the victorious fathers and sons, be fulfilled without obstacles, according to Dharma! This was written by Rigdzin Gyalkham Pa at Gandhola in Lower Tsur, a place of enjoyment on earth, on an auspicious lunar day. Sarva Mangalam. Om Svasti. O, all-seeing guide, supreme glory of all beings, emanation of the lotus-bearing one, protector of beings, by the power of the blessings of Jetsun Trinsgrachen, may you always be victorious, having attained mastery of speech! The field of innate wisdom, a garden of lotuses; the essence of study and intelligence, like honey from Salu; nourishment for the minds of intelligent beings, like bees; I admire the liberation of the wise! Like the form of the youthful Lord of the World, this closeness to your abode, a habit of good deeds for a long time, what else could it be other than the power of good prayers? From the biographies of the holy ones, from the crest jewel of faith, from the strength of past habits and increasing devotion, a hundredfold increase of eloquent words, the Samantabhadra golden wheel, abundant clouds of offerings, raining down like a miracle! From the golden ground of faith and virtue, the roots of auspicious interdependence, growing in the heaven of the Thirty-Three, the nature of good prayers, hundreds of thousands of virtuous results, why would it not always increase in lifetimes without decline? May the Dharma realm pervading all beings, be virtuous, the stainless mind itself, the precious perfect enlightenment, the glory of the ocean of complete benefit for oneself and others, may it soon become the cause of complete accomplishment! Sweet, sweet, like the throat of the daughter of Brahma; excellent, excellent, like the nourishment of flourishing leaves of virtue; auspicious, auspicious, may it be the cause of goodness in all lifetimes; accomplished, accomplished, may all the glory of perfection be accomplished! Thus, for the sake of the pure intention of the supreme protector of beings, the omniscient Drukpa's incarnate body, Rinpoche, and the Khenpo of his place, the great scholar Rinchen Gyatso, rich in the qualities of the three trainings, to praise his long life, this marvelous wheel of Samantabhadra, a rare and excellent auspicious sign, is specially offered as a gift of auspicious interdependence, composed by Rigdzin Tsewang Norbu.

萨瓦芒嘎朗！从智慧的虚空中传来美妙的语言，如百辐轮般美好的鸟儿聚集，各种吉祥的奇迹光芒四射，值得好好观察，成为惊叹的对象。如是善行，功德广大，以无瑕的萨列斯布拉姆象征着接受礼物，其光彩夺取了天鹅少女的颜色，触摸拥抱而去，愿吉祥！ 斯瓦斯谛！从怙主您那里流出甘露之流，成就的精华，名为大手印嘎乌，其所持范围广大无边，永不断绝。同样，最初的佛陀，虚空自在之王，瞻仰各种化身之尊的容颜，听闻教诲，心中无二之意得以成就，无碍于无边的事业。我能成就，怙主您啊，理应反复祈愿，如是恳请，故请恒常安住于意之虚空。如是，于汉藏中心地带的隐秘之地，莲花庄严（邬金刹土）的西北方地基，从永恒稳固的珍宝堆砌的寺庙中，以噶陀祖古之名敬献。萨瓦芒嘎朗！ 献给竹巴的信函。

Sarva Mangalam! From the sky of wisdom comes sweet speech, like a flock of birds, the all-good hundred-spoked wheel. This wonder of various virtues shines forth, worthy of careful examination and becoming an object of amazement. Such good deeds are said to be of great glory, symbolizing the acceptance of gifts with flawless Sāle-sbram, whose splendor steals the color of the swan maiden, touching, embracing, and departing, may it be auspicious! Svasti! From the Protector himself comes the stream of nectar, the essence of accomplishment, known as the Mahāmudrā Gau, its holding expanse is vast and continuous. Likewise, the first Buddha, the Lord of the Sky, beholding the face of the one with various forms, hearing the teachings, the non-dual intention of the heart is accomplished, unhindered in boundless activities. May I accomplish, O Protector, it is fitting to repeatedly make aspirations, thus I beseech, therefore, please always abide in the sphere of mind. Thus, in the hidden place of the central region of China and Tibet, at the northwest base of Padmavyūha (the Copper-Colored Mountain), from the temple piled with eternal and stable jewels, it is offered in the name of Kathok Tulku. Sarva Mangalam! A letter offered to the Drukpa.
