I thought it would be best if the king's brothers could gather together, so I specially sent someone to invite them. The minister of King Tashi Namgyal (the Fourth Panchen Lama of Tashilhunpo Monastery), delayed due to excessive consideration, arrived on the 17th. When asked why the king did not come, they said that the road for the king to come was not good, and that the messengers and the king's messengers who had been sent out had been captured by them.
