向大家请教。现在虽然没有太多的疑惑，但如果有应该请教的地方，很想请教。外在的闻思虽然难以穷尽，但明白一个道理，就能解脱一切，那就是自己的心。修行的体验和证悟在心中增长了什么？现在稍微有了一些理解和体验，在心中扎根。虽然不擅长口才，也没有获得贤善的人法，但至少做到了不愧对业果。虽然没有完全掌握寂静调柔的威仪，但至少没有断绝善良的心念。所有佛法的命脉，就是对于根本誓言的守护，对此确信自己的内心没有隐瞒。总的来说，依止了五六十位上师，对所有上师都守护誓言，心意相融。特别是对于根本上师三位，被视为从内心深处珍爱的亲近弟子。您被赐名为“顿珠（义成）”，并且赞扬说：“现在要利益他人”。总的来说，一些具有资格的成就者和伏藏师，都赞叹我是具有殊胜福报的人。我自己也从内心深处对上师具有信心和恭敬心，依靠守护誓言的力量，他们不是普通人，而是空行母自然聚集。一些鬼神也被我的能力所降伏。因此，即使不使用风索，无论去到哪里，所有人都对我倾心。虽然很难与所有人都建立有意义的联系，但所有与我结缘的人，都将心转向佛法。我自己的愿望并不是很大，只是发下了深刻的利他誓愿。在讲述远离增损的真话时，有些人会觉得我是在自我赞扬而感到羞愧。我并不需要自我赞扬，对今生的名利也不抱希望。对于积累财富的贪执，我从内心深处厌恶。我不需要自我赞扬，欺骗他人。总的来说，我只想要不贪图私欲。依靠父亲至尊上师的恩德，我认识到今生的显现如同幻觉。名声赞誉如同山谷的回声。佛法如同虚幻的梦境。我见到了无有根本的自心。因为理解了业果不虚，所以不需要说虚假的世俗之语。远离增损之语是佛陀所开示的。因此，这自然流露的歌声，是为了让一些人舍弃恶业而说的。在没有获得五种现量之前，不要轻易断定他人的好坏。请不要表面上和蔼可亲，却在背后轻视那些修行浅薄的人。对于我这个人，请随意评价。这样的话语才会有益处。

I have consulted everyone. Although I don't have much doubt at the moment, if there is something I should ask, I really want to ask. Although it is difficult to exhaust the external hearing and thinking, understanding one truth can liberate everything, and that is one's own mind. What has grown in the mind through the experience of meditation and realization? Now I have a little understanding and experience, rooted in my mind. Although I am not good at eloquence and have not attained virtuous human qualities, I have at least done enough not to be ashamed of the law of karma. Although I have not fully mastered the peaceful and gentle demeanor, I have at least not cut off the good thoughts in my mind. The lifeline of all Dharma is the protection of the fundamental vows, and I am sure that my heart has no secrets about this. In general, I have relied on fifty or sixty Lamas, and I have kept vows to all Lamas, and my heart and mind are in harmony. In particular, the three root Lamas are regarded as close disciples cherished from the depths of their hearts. You were given the name "Dondrup (Meaning Accomplished)," and praised, "Now you must benefit others." In general, some qualified accomplished ones and treasure revealers have praised me as a person with excellent fortune. I myself have faith and respect for the Lama from the bottom of my heart, and through the power of keeping vows, they are not ordinary people, but Dakinis naturally gather. Some ghosts and gods have also been subdued by my power. Therefore, even if I don't use wind lasso, wherever I go, everyone is devoted to me. Although it is difficult to establish meaningful connections with everyone, everyone who connects with me turns their mind to the Dharma. My own wishes are not very big, I just made deep vows to benefit others. When telling the truth that is free from addition and subtraction, some people feel ashamed because they think I am praising myself. I don't need to praise myself, and I don't have any hope for fame and fortune in this life. I hate the attachment to accumulating wealth from the bottom of my heart. I don't need to praise myself and deceive others. In general, I only want to be free from selfish desires. Relying on the kindness of my father, the venerable Lama, I realize that the appearances of this life are like illusions. Fame and praise are like echoes in the mountains. Dharma is like a dream. I have seen my own mind without a root. Because I understand that the law of karma is infallible, there is no need to speak false worldly words. Words free from addition and subtraction are what the Buddha taught. Therefore, this naturally flowing song is spoken to let some people abandon evil deeds. Before obtaining the five kinds of direct perception, do not easily judge the good and bad of others. Please do not be kind and friendly on the surface, but despise those who are shallow in practice behind their backs. As for me, please evaluate me as you like. Such words will be beneficial.

我不明白（你们的想法）。 虽然我没有太多的不悦，但是，如果诋毁其他隐秘的密咒瑜伽，那自己就是在造地狱之业。因此，请不要生气，接受我这疯子的胡言乱语吧。 当时在江潘南喀宗，芒域香（Mangyul Gnas Shar）的一些人宣扬说我不是普通人，而是神或魔。阿阿，真是可怜啊！于是多康噶陀巴拉尊策旺诺布（Katokpa Lhatsun Tsewang Norbu）在蒙古历八月十七日对聚集在那里的人们说了“嘿嘿 帕特（ཧེ་ཧེ་ཕཊ，hehe phaṭ，hehe phat，嘿嘿 啪特）！”。 从见解中引申出的一些偈颂，歌唱出来，名为《自宗明示道》。 这是应他人请求而生起慈悲心所作的歌。

At that time, in Jangpan Namkha Dzong, some people from Mangyul Gnas Shar proclaimed that I was not an ordinary person, but a god or a demon. Ah, ah, how pitiful! Then, Katokpa Lhatsun Tsewang Norbu of Dokham said to those gathered there on the seventeenth day of the eighth month of the Mongolian calendar, "Hehe Phat (ཧེ་ཧེ་ཕཊ，hehe phaṭ，hehe phat，嘿嘿 啪特)!". Some verses derived from the view, sung as a song, called "The Path of Clarifying One's Own Tradition." This is a song composed out of compassion in response to the request of others.
