Seventh, the stages of the near path transference. Seventh, the stages of the near path transference. The actual part of the transference is that when awareness is lost to external circumstances, the instructions for transference are needed. If it is not lost and awareness has gained stability, transference is not needed. Therefore, it is said: "For those with weak practice of the path, welcome them with transference." This is the decisive transference from the Six Dharmas of Naropa in the completion stage. For example, like a mother who has seven children but loves a sick child even more, the victorious ones are extremely loving towards sentient beings with strong karma and afflictions. Therefore, for those with heavy sins, there is the forced transference instruction. Even if one says they will become a Buddha without meditating, one does not need to meditate on other generation and completion practices, but one must meditate on the object of transference itself. The best is the transference of expanding the Dharmakaya, which is the transference method of the noble ones who have seen the truth of reality on the path of seeing. That is, the person who has generated the view of not correcting the natural state in this life and goes about day and night is transferred by the transference instructions of the city transference and city entering of the original purity of trekchö, or by the transference instructions of spontaneously accomplishing the absorption of luminosity through tögal. Thus, if awareness has not gained independence and only daytime appearances are decisive but nighttime appearances are not, that person who has pure samaya, at the time of death, after the completion of the inner and outer stages of absorption and the three appearances of appearance, increase, and attainment, the luminosity of the Dharmakaya of the death state, like the three conditions of showing the sky pole being cut off, the ground luminosity of the base time appears, and with the luminosity of this life like a child as a guide, the mother and child luminosities meet, and one is liberated on the ground of the original purity. That person who has grasped the edge of the increasing experience of tögal, at the time of death, when the luminosity of the Dharmakaya of the death state appears, due to the power of present realization or non-realization, one does not recognize the first luminosity of the death state and cannot be liberated, but when the bardo of the purity of reality appears, one recognizes it and remains in equipoise, and one is liberated from the spontaneous appearances. Therefore, both the best liberation in this life and the intermediate liberation in the bardo are counted among the transference of expanding the view of the Dharmakaya. The intermediate Sambhogakaya generation and completion union transference is when one has grasped the edge of the wisdom of the completion stage, has reached any of the four parts of ascertainment of the path of joining, and the wisdom of the path of joining has arisen in one's mindstream.

Or, is there the ability to enter and rise in the illusory body? Or, from introduction to the pure manifestation of talents, being accustomed to the union of the generation and completion stages of the deity, just as at the time of death, the generation and absorption stages are performed, the illusory body is absorbed into luminosity. If the example luminosity is born in the continuum in this life, then the meaning luminosity is born in the continuum in the bardo, and after that, one rises to the union of the body and speech of the yidam, the great seal, and is liberated. Finally, the transference of consciousness through the immeasurable compassion of the incarnate body refers to those who have received empowerment, possess vows, and have a good understanding of the view, who are on the accumulation path. For the initial practitioner, merely taking the aspiration for the generation stage as the path, although there is no confidence in being liberated in the luminosity of death and the nature of reality, in the bardo, through taking refuge and praying to the lama, blocking the bad wombs, choosing the good, and being drawn by compassion and bodhicitta, one is transferred to a pure land, or else one is born in the womb of parents who possess the Dharma, takes birth as an incarnate body, and is liberated in the next life. The transference of consciousness with the three concepts of an ordinary person refers to the initial practitioner who merely has faith in the holy Dharma. This is the method of transference for those who do not possess the signs of the path to liberation in birth, death, bardo, and future lives. The three concepts are: the concept of gathering the path in the central channel, the concept of the place in the blissful realm, and the concept of the guest in the consciousness. Transference is done through these three concepts. When such transference occurs, if signs of death appear, see if it is possible to reverse them three times. If it is not possible to reverse them, if there is time, abandon and purify all possessions. If there is no time, completely let go in your mind and do not have attachment. The transference that follows the deceased requires a person with supreme realization. The time for planting the transference is also between the cessation of the outer breath and the non-cessation of the inner breath. At this time, even if the one planting the transference does not possess realization, if they can hit the target of the transference, it will be helpful. Even if they do not possess ultimate bodhicitta, if they possess conventional bodhicitta, it will be helpful. Even if it is not helpful, as it is said, there is no fault in the mind being virtuous. Therefore, dying is the crucial point for taking the path of the dharmakaya. The crucial point for taking the path of the pure bardo of the nature of reality is Tögal. The crucial point for taking the path of the incarnate body is both transference and pure vision. Such transference has two aspects: training and application to activity. Training
