I, explaining the difficult points separately, and placing the endings of the two together completely where appropriate. Adding words and phrases to the best of my ability, and clarifying the difficult points with my own understanding and speculation. The author is the nephew of De Mang Kyabje Rinpoche, the incomparable and kind teacher, the seventh Orgyen Tenzin Norbu, whose feet I touch with my head, and who is the brother of that holy one, Yonten Gyatso, who merely holds the name of a dull Shākya monk, completed this work in the shedra Norbu Gawa Tsal of Lhundrup Dechen Ling Monastery. May this become a cause for the general propagation of the Buddha's teachings, and especially the teachings of the Great Perfection of Naturalness, so that they may flourish, develop, and abide long in all times and places.
