Regarding questioning, shifting the focus, and removing obstacles, it is clearly stated in "Knowing from the Lama's words." Regarding questioning, shifting the focus, and removing obstacles, it is clearly stated in "Knowing from the Lama's words." Questioning, shifting the focus, removing obstacles, it is clearly stated in "Knowing from the Lama's words." Regarding questioning, shifting the focus, and removing obstacles, in "Knowing from the Lama's words," the questions are as follows: Does the warmth arise from the feet and soles up to below the knees? Does it arise from the thighs to the perineum and below the trijunction? Does it arise from the abdomen? Or does it arise from the heart, etc., and below the chest? Thus, one asks. The prophecy is: If one says it arises from the soles of the feet and below the knees, because the soles of the feet are wind, the warmth arises quickly but is not stable, so one must continue to practice. Thus, it is prophesied. If one says it arises from below the trijunction, because that is the place of fire, great warmth will arise, but one must still generate warmth universally, so one must practice. Thus, it is prophesied. If one says it arises in the navel, because that is the mandala of water, if it is not contained there, warmth will arise, and the warmth will become balanced, so one must continue to practice. Thus, it is prophesied. If one says it arises from the heart, etc., above the chest, because that is air, make it stable, and one must still generate it universally, so one must practice. Thus, it is prophesied. If warmth does not arise, then shifting the focus must be learned from the Lama's words. Regarding this, there are two points to shifting the focus: practicing the fire focus of the three wheels at the trijunction, and practicing the mandala of the sun and moon goddess at the navel. First, at the trijunction, visualize a red and speckled fire stalk of the throat, as thick as the hollow tube of a wheat stalk. Then, as before, press against the anus and push. Because the anus and the trijunction cannot bear the pressure, from the fire of the throat, visualize four flames, as long as swords and bright red, arising and growing upwards. Again, practice as before. These four flames split into two pairs, forming a four-spoked fire wheel, each spoke being three fingers wide, totaling six fingers, with four sword-length flames flickering at the four tips, rotating to the right. At the location of the trijunction, visualize the light and heat of the wheel being unbearable. This is the focus for the first night.

In the second part, again, as before, focus attention on the navel center, and even with effort, it becomes unbearable, the wheel, that is, the eight-spoked wheel, with flames and weapons burning at the eight tips, rotating to the right. Meditate that the entire inside and outside of the gathering place turns red and becomes so hot that it is unbearable. In the third part, visualize eight wind seeds "ཡ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: य, Romanized Sanskrit: ya, Literal meaning: Ya) burning on top of the eight-spoked wheel. On top of these, visualize eight fire seeds "རཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal meaning: Raṃ) burning, and as before, focus attention on the navel center, and even with effort, it becomes unbearable, the wheel rotates to the right. The eight "ཡ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: य, Romanized Sanskrit: ya, Literal meaning: Ya) shake, the mandala of wind becomes like an overturned triangular moon, the size of a fingernail, becoming eight. When these shake, visualize eight burning "རཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal meaning: Raṃ) emanating from the crown chakra, hot and burning, with flames and weapons burning everywhere. Thus, above there are eight fires of "རཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal meaning: Raṃ), horizontally there are eight fires of the wheel spokes, and in the center there is the fire at the tip of the central channel, seventeen in total. Meditate that the shaking and rotation of the wheel make everything from the crown chakra to the soles of the feet unbearable due to the light and heat of the wheel. During the wheel stage, hold about twenty-one breaths. As the verse of the mantra says: "Increase threefold in the navel center, and so it is with the wheel." Therefore, before inserting into the navel center, hold seven breaths, and after inserting, hold about twenty-one breaths during the wheel stage. Thus, by practicing by combining breath and focus, great heat will be generated. After generating heat, obstacles may arise for the bindu, so to protect it: contract and extend the lower breath, visualize the vajra empty bag turning inside out and rising from within. By suppressing the upper breath, visualize the vajra empty bag being tightened as if squeezed, and then visualize it encircling like a house. Holding seven breaths, etc., before sleeping will become the best method for protecting the bindu. If heat is not generated even from the wheel of the secret place, then the navel wheel should be practiced. As before, focus attention on the navel center, and through effort, the navel center becomes unbearable, from the navel center, four objects the size of millet or mustard seeds rise upwards in the central channel, reaching the center of the navel wheel, in the four directions of the gap where the flames are burning,

Through contemplation, the fourth contemplation is to contemplate a sun-like spot, the size of a fingernail, round, red, and radiant. This is the first night's contemplation. On the second night, through the power of the Kundalini, the Kundalini cannot bear it, and five sparks of fire corresponding to five goddesses arise within the central channel. Four spots appear above the four sun spots. One spot appears in the center of the navel chakra. After visualizing this, hold your breath, and these flames transform into the nature of the five families, becoming five yellow fire goddesses. In the center is a blue-red fire goddess, in the east a red-blue fire goddess, in the south a red-yellow fire goddess, in the west a red-black fire goddess, and in the north a red-green fire goddess. All the goddesses have one face and two arms. The right arm wields a flaming curved knife, and the left arm holds a flaming skull cup at the heart. On the sun spot, the left leg is extended, and the right leg is bent, residing in a half-lotus posture, biting flaming teeth, the tongue of fire dancing, the eyes of fire rolling, the hair hanging down, wearing a crown of five flaming skulls, adorned with flaming head ornaments, earrings, necklaces, armlets, bracelets, anklets, a belt, and five bone ornaments. Wearing a necklace of fifty red-blue dried human heads. Contemplate the sixteen half-bone nets on the belt shaking. On the third night, through the Kundalini, contemplate the five flames corresponding to the color of the fire goddess rising upwards from the heart, accompanied by flickering and shaking. This is the completion of the third contemplation. In this way, alternating between breath and contemplation, practice continuously without a fixed number of sessions or duration, and it is impossible for heat not to arise. The oral instruction is that through the contemplation of the two chakras, if the Kundalini is nourished and the central channel is guided, but heat does not arise, then it is planting, rather than planting after it has already arisen. The fundamental contemplation of Chandali does not exceed twenty-one. On the twelfth night, through the three essential points of heat, focus on the Kundalini, and through the power, the Kundalini and the central channel cannot bear it, and the Kundalini reaches the heart, therefore it is necessary to learn with the sound of fire in the upper chest, the meaning of which is: the Kundalini emits many sparks of fire, the central goddess emanates upwards within the nature of the central channel, like blowing fire on leaves, accompanied by crackling sounds, the flame in the heart is between shaking and not shaking.
