The teachings of speech. The instruction on training the mind in other collections of names is: "From that, all collections of names blaze clearly." This phrase comes from the letter A. The ka kha ga gha nga, etc., which demonstrate the collection of names and the collection of words, all of which are clear in color and blazing with light, their expansion and contraction are also the same. That is, with sa ra na pha ra na phat (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Roman transliteration, meaning "destroying"), expanding to fill the world, and with sang ha ra na hum (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Roman transliteration, meaning "causing to be"), contracting back, should also be done in accordance with the expansion and contraction of A. This is the vajra accomplishment, meaning that this action of expanding and contracting A is the cause of accomplishments like the vajra of body, speech, and mind, which arises from the instruction of this samadhi. The benefit of training the mind is that the instruction arises as the cause of wisdom. Thus, by training the mind and becoming accustomed to expansion and contraction, from the instruction, the cause of quickly arising accomplishments, or like the basis, or the supreme state like wisdom vajra, will arise. Like the cause of obtaining the wisdom of omniscience, the method of training the mind in ali अली (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, ali, vowels) and kali अली (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, kali, consonants) is that. This is the samadhi of training. Initially, there are two types of training samadhi: in terms of the generation stage and in terms of the completion stage. The completion stage is: in the navel of one's own body, is the alaya consciousness, the seed of Samantabhadra, a bindu the size of a mustard seed, the mother's navel connected to the child's navel, is the cause of generating all samsara, meditating on the white letter A. Thus, the instruction and the channels of the body are filled with the bliss of A-phra-mo (Tibetan). That bliss also becomes without increase or decrease, thereby obtaining the instruction. Again, from that bindu, ka kha etc. are also bliss, clarity, non-conceptuality, appearing but not established in essence, expanding like that, abiding in the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, this is the samadhi of A-phra-mo (Tibetan), by which the vajra-like accomplishments are shown to arise, which is the cause of obtaining co-emergent wisdom. In terms of the generation stage, there are two: making the samadhi of A-phra-mo (Tibetan) workable, and the time of meditating on the three samadhis. If training to make the samadhi of A-phra-mo (Tibetan) workable, then meditate in one's own heart center. The expansion and contraction of ali अली (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, ali, vowels) and kali अली (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, kali, consonants) are also, in the heart center, arranging the mandala of the sun and moon and training. When meditating on the three samādhis, the object of meditation is emptiness. This is considered the samādhi of cause. Even when meditating on these internally, the gathering and dispersing is in Arabia. Here, there are three letters: the letter of the Dharmakāya, the letter of the Sambhogakāya, and the letter of the Nirmāṇakāya. The letter of the Dharmakāya is: A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: Unborn), unborn in the realm of Dharma. The letter of the Sambhogakāya is: Ta (Tibetan: ཏ, Devanagari: त, Romanized Sanskrit: ta, Literal Chinese meaning: That), etc., the five Buddha families, father and mother, are the main deities of the Sambhogakāya.
