以愚昧之雾。 盲者未见续部义， 我将此书写成文字， 愿心之盲人睁开眼。 悟此之众为利他， 广弘教法之事业， 愿众皆具正见眼， 断除一切诸邪见。 名为《秘密藏续决定真实之续释·显明续义之明灯如意宝》者，乃应具足种姓形貌等诸多功德之佐尔之上师僧给贝桑波，及金刚持二者，于初学者十岁及七岁之时劝请，依幻化网等四大释续，及其他诸多密咒续部，并释疏释疏针释、宾达塔释、总释、眼释等印度释疏，及现观释等藏地释疏，以及昔日诸位大学者大成就者之语录，及无谬传承之秘密主大士索普巴之语录，次第相传，依佐尔一切智法王蒋巴僧给之语，由具德上师大金刚持桑珠多吉，于铁阳马年，在圣地邬巴隆寺之主殿中，善为著述之释疏为基础，并融入上师嘉嘎贡巴所著之《 टीका 宝鬘》，及大学者成就者班智达室利跋陀罗所著之释疏，为初学者之故，以可读之 टीका 咕噜体书写，此乃为成办广大之教法及有情之利益，应说法之咒师达玛格热谛，及释迦比丘热那古玛热室利跋陀罗等劝请，依止三世一切诸佛之本体，无与伦比之法王仁波切蒋悲扬钦波桑珠多吉之无垢莲足，并受用其语之甘露流者，咒师南喀仁钦巴桑波，于水阴蛇年水尾月

With the fog of ignorance. May the blind not see the meaning of the tantra, I have written this in letters, May the blind of heart open their eyes. May those who understand this work for the benefit of others, By spreading the teachings far and wide, May all have the eye of true vision, May all wrong views be cut off. This is called "The Lamp of the Secret Essence Tantra, the Definitive Truth Tantra Commentary, the Lamp that Clarifies the Meaning of the Tantra, the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel." It was requested by Zur Chanting Sengge Pal Zangpo, who is highly exalted by the glory of many qualities such as lineage and form, and Vajradhara, when the first practitioners were ten and seven years old. Based on the four great explanatory tantras such as the Magical Net, and many other mantra tantras, and the commentaries on the commentaries, the commentary on the needle commentary, the commentary on the Pindartha, the general commentary, the eye commentary, etc., and the Tibetan commentaries such as the Abhisamaya Commentary, and the words of the great scholars and great accomplished masters of the past, and the unerring words of the Secret Lord, the great Srophukpa, passed down in succession, based on the words of Zur All-Knowing Dharma King Jampa Sengge, the glorious and venerable lama, the great Vajra Holder Samdrub Dorje, in the Iron Male Horse year, in the main temple of the holy place of Uklung, based on the well-written commentary, and incorporating the Tika Rin Chen Trengwa by Lama Gyagab Gongpa, and the commentary by the great scholar and accomplished master Vajrashri Bhadra, for the sake of the first practitioners, written in a readable Tika Guru style, this is for the sake of accomplishing the vast benefit of the teachings and sentient beings, at the request of the Dharma-speaking mantra practitioner Dharmakirti, and the Shakya monk Ratnakumara Shri Bhadra, etc., relying on the stainless lotus feet of the incomparable Dharma King Rinpoche Jampelyang Chenpo Samdrub Dorje, who is the embodiment of all the Buddhas of the three times, and having tasted the nectar stream of his speech, the mantra practitioner Namkha Rinchen Pa Sangpo, in the Water Female Snake year, in the last month of autumn.

在白方初八，于藏地杰玛桑给的寂静处大乐度母处圆满完成此著述，愿以此将无量众生安置于金刚持的果位。无上金刚乘之殊胜续部，至极甚深，甚深义究竟圆满之续部。续部之王，秘密藏之注释，释词极明，明灯如意宝之殊胜。此殊胜乃是妙音法王至尊所说，如其所说，无误善妙安立之方式。此清净圆满之方式，亦为欲解甚深真实义理之少数具慧者而作。所有重大意义皆速疾成办，成办与欲说之希求，皆以无垢之心而圆满摄取。心之极善妙善，以善妙书写，无论书写为何，皆由此生起之极白善妙之聚。以此二资粮，愿虚空般之众生，所有众生之罪障，二障习气皆摧毁，获得胜者之身。愿二身之殊胜，速疾获得，无论获得为何，愿二利圆满。愿此亦能对教法和众生带来广大利益。吉祥！经部和密部的法理完整且无误，贤善且证悟的上师传承之传统，愿能仁教法之精华，古老的密宗，其教法得以发展，遍布世界。善哉！善哉！善哉！ 秘密藏真实性决定续之注释，阐明续部意义之明灯如意宝。

On the eighth day of the white side, this was completely composed at Dechen Drolma, the secluded place of Tsang Jema Senge, may it establish immeasurable beings in the state of Vajradhara. The supreme tantra of the unsurpassed Vajrayana, the extremely profound, the ultimate and perfect tantra that reveals the meaning of profundity. The commentary on the King of Tantras, the Secret Essence, the explanation is very clear, the supreme wish-fulfilling jewel of the clear lamp. This supreme one is what Jamyang Chöjé Jetsun himself said, and the way it is well arranged without error according to his words. This pure and perfect method is also for the sake of some intelligent people who want to explain the profound and true meaning. May all the great meanings be quickly accomplished, and may the desire to accomplish and explain be fully taken up with a pure mind. Whatever is written well with a very virtuous and good mind, may the accumulation of very white virtues arising from it. With these two accumulations, may all beings equal to space, all beings' sins and obscurations, the habitual tendencies of the two obscurations be destroyed, and may they attain the body of the Victorious One. May the supreme of the two bodies be quickly attained, and whatever is attained, may the two benefits be perfect. May this also bring great benefit to the teachings and sentient beings. Mangalam! The doctrines of Sutra and Tantra are complete and without error, the tradition of learned and accomplished vidyadhara lineages, may the essence of the Buddha's teachings, the ancient secret mantra, its teachings flourish and spread throughout the world. Good! Good! Good! A commentary on the Secret Essence, the Tantra of Determining Reality, the Lamp that Clarifies the Meaning of the Tantra, the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel.
