Having become skilled in all scriptures, reasoning, and instructions, The sun of the sutra and tantra's intent has risen in your heart, Having trained the self and others in the continuum of the two stages of generation and completion, At the feet of Dharma Lord Tsangton... On the mountain of pure Dharma-nature and loving-kindness, Adorned with hundreds of wish-fulfilling trees bearing the fruit of compassion, The supreme name is meaningful, protector of beings, lord of Dharma, At the feet of the Great Loving One... In the sky of Dharma-dhatu, indivisible emptiness and appearance, The unchanging nature of reality, the self-arisen vajra body, Having received the supreme prophecy, the root guru, the wild one, At the feet of Namkha Dorje... Protecting the tantric systems, holding the secret mantra vajra, Having perfected the activities of hearing, contemplating, and meditating, Not being confused about the meaning of explaining, debating, and composing, At the feet of compassionate wisdom... With the eight hidden meanings and the six limits in accordance with the rules, And with the four reliances and the scriptural citations, You have established the profound meaning of the secret mantra tantras, At the feet of Teacher Wangjor... The immaculate discipline is the pure victory banner, The profound meaning of the supreme vehicle is completely contained in your heart, Wisdom is inseparable from Manjushri, At the feet of the Banner of Discipline... Beautiful in the midst of an assembly of oceans of scholars, Great skill in explaining the scriptures of various vehicles, Without selfishness, thinking only of benefiting others, At the feet of Dharmaklasha... Born excellently in the midst of the ocean of sutra and tantra, The lord of the lotus of scripture, the lord of Dharma, Possessing the essence of ten meanings like honey, At the feet of Jnanaketu... Having extensively heard and reached the end of all scriptures, Having known as the Buddha knows, Having become the ornament on the crown of the best of scholars, At the feet of Namkha Gyaltsen... (Homage) The auspicious birth of beings' merit, the son of the Victorious Ones, holding the treasury of the unsurpassed Vajrayana, the dignified burden of the Kathok teachings, the revered temple, at the feet of Sönam Dorje. Then, according to the lineage of Kathok's illusory power: Having the asceticism of attaining Buddhahood in one lifetime, examining the two stages of the path, manifesting non-elaboration, pacifying the harm of evil spirits into the expanse through conduct, I pray to the name of Buddha Mangala. According to the temperament and power of those to be tamed with great compassion, possessing the power to spread the feast of Dharma, the supreme leader of faith who guides the fortunate to the island of liberation, Shakya Tsering Pal.
