A clear record of the ritual of glorious Lokeśvara, the great path to liberation, a record of the body mandala of the nine deities. A clear record of the ritual of glorious Lokeśvara, the great path to liberation. Herein lies the record of the body mandala. Namo Lokeśvarāya Kāya Maṇḍalāya. Sanskrit Romanization: namo lokeśvarāya kāya maṇḍalāya, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage to the Body Mandala of the World Sovereign). Homage to the assembly of deities of the body mandala of Avalokiteśvara. Herein, only the self-generation ritual is needed, no other ritual substances are required. From the self-arisen Vajra body mandala, the meditation on the body's mandala is, after the complete preliminary stages, recited according to the text because it is spoken. At the point called the 'Touch Vajra,' also visualize the body deities slightly. From the self-arisen Vajra body mandala, the empowerment of blessing the three places, etc., should be known in order. Because it is spoken, recite according to the text. The family lord Padma Namgyal, only holds the Vajra in the lower right hand. Other than that, the self is the same as the father and mother. The self-mother is the family lord Vairochana. The four mothers of the four places are each visualized as the four Buddha families. That is at the time of empowerment. The visualization at the time of recitation is, within one's own empty and clear body, on the forehead is the yellow Buddha Eye Mother, holding a white wheel in the lower right hand. On the throat is the red-clothed White Mother, holding a white lotus in the lower right hand. In the lower part of the heart is the blue Māmaki, holding a blue jewel in the lower right hand. In the navel is the green Tara, holding a green Utpala flower in the lower right hand. All four are seated on a lotus moon seat in the Vajra posture. Within the space of the eyebrow center on the forehead is the blue Vajra Dakini, holding a Vajra in the lower right hand. In the palate is the red Padma Dakini, holding a red lotus in the lower right hand. In the navel is the yellow Ratna Dakini, holding a golden jewel in the lower right hand. In the secret place is the green Karma Dakini, holding a green-black sword in the lower right hand. The two eyes are the white Form Vajra, holding a silver-white mirror in the lower right hand. The two ears are the blue Sound Vajra, holding a flute in the lower right hand. The two nostrils are the Smell Vajra, holding an incense burner with incense in the lower right hand. The tongue is the red Taste Vajra.

Right below, a copper basin is filled with the essence of food. The left hand holds a green vajra of touch. Right below, the right hand holds celestial garments. Those goddesses are on top of lotus and moon discs. The right leg is extended, the left leg is bent, assuming a throwing posture. All are one-faced and four-armed. First, they join their palms at their hearts. The lower left hand holds a red lotus. The four consorts are goddesses of offering, adorned with peaceful smiles, silk, and jewels. The four dakinis are slightly wrathful, with three eyes, naked, adorned with bones. A khatvanga is raised upright at the elbow. All have hair piled up in a topknot. In the upper part of one's own heart center, on top of a lotus, sun, and moon disc, starting from (ཧྲཱིཿ,hrih,赫利,the seed syllable Hrih), the six syllables are circled. Behind that, the ten syllables, and behind that, the ten-syllable long mantra is circled. All of their mantras are gathered into one. It is said that this is what is spoken in the tantras. In the hearts of all the goddesses, there is one seed syllable each. For the four consorts, they are (ལཱྃ་,lam,蓝,Earth Element), (མཱྃ་,mam,茫,Water Element), (པཱྃ་,pam,榜,Fire Element), (ཏཱྃ་,tam,当,Wind Element). Ha Ri Ni are the four dakinis. All the goddesses have the syllable (བྃ་,bam,榜,Space Element). As the body deities recite the mantra, the mantra garland at the heart turns to the right. The light of the mantra garland goes to the crown of the head. It strikes the lineage lord, and as the mantra is spoken, from oneself and the lineage lord, red light radiates in the ten directions. All the perfect Buddhas who reside in the ocean of realms are urged to benefit sentient beings. As one's own mouth speaks the mantra, the light radiates in the ten directions, and the bodhisattvas who abide on the earth are all urged to benefit sentient beings. As one's own consort, Vajravarahi, speaks the mantra, the assembly of dakinis equal to the number of dust particles of the thirty-two Mount Merus are all urged to benefit sentient beings. As the four consorts speak the mantra from their mouths, the light radiates in the ten directions, and for all beings, especially those who are connected, the door of wisdom is opened, and the paramitas are realized. As the four classes of dakinis speak the mantra, for those who abide on the ground and on the path, and for all those who are connected to oneself, the wisdom in their minds blazes ever more brightly. As the offering goddess speaks the mantra, the light radiates in the ten directions, and from the rays of that light, a rain of inexhaustible desired objects falls. Those who desire food receive food, those who desire clothing receive clothing, and they receive vehicles, gardens, mansions, and protection from fears, etc., and obtain the full enjoyment of all that is needed and desired. That light shines upon
