Pa. I confess to engaging in untimely actions. I confess to the Lama, Yidam, and deities. I am ashamed and regretful before the assembly of heroes and heroines. I beseech forgiveness from the oath-bound protectors. Please fulfill the Vajra Samaya. I offer and pray, Vajra Alala Ho! Om Samaya. Hari Nisa Ra Tsa Hrih Ya Hum Dza. Om Vajrasattva Samaya. (Tibetan: ༀ་བཛྲ་ས་ཏྭ་ས་མ་ཡ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओंबज्रसत्त्वसमय, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajrasattva samaya, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajrasattva, Vow.) And so on, adding and reciting. The benefits of this are from the root of the Eight Heruka Sadhanas and Fulfilment Rituals, which teaches the result of fulfilment: It is certain that supreme and common accomplishments will arise. Also, from the Fulfilment Prophecy: Through the blessings of fulfilling in this way, the broken vows of male and female yogis are fulfilled. The mandala deities are completely fulfilled. The two great accumulations are perfected, and the two obscurations are purified. Supreme and common siddhis are attained. Temporarily, whatever the yogi wishes is accomplished. Also, from the Body Lineage Crystal Mountain of all Lamas, Yidams, and Dakinis: Thus, through fulfilling the commitment, all supreme and common results, the wisdom deities are pleased, and blessings are quickly bestowed. Also, from the Secret Assembly of the Sugata Eight Heruka Tantras: For annual and simultaneous offerings, purifying the deities' displeasure, and for accumulating vast merit and wisdom, this is the order of the fulfilment offering. These are the general material fulfilments. All the deities are pleased, and adverse conditions are averted. Inwardly, fulfil with samadhi. From the Hum at one's own heart, light radiates. The outer world of phenomena becomes a skull cup. The inner world of beings is filled with desirable qualities. Emanate the wisdom goddess and fulfil. Forms for the eyes, sounds for the ears, scents for the nose, tastes for the tongue, and tangible objects for the body. Fulfill the commitment with the essence of samsara and nirvana. The desirable qualities dissolve into the five senses. Think that the deities are pleased and accomplish activities. Through this, the deities are pleased and grant siddhis. Fulfill with the view of secret non-duality. The objects of fulfilment are the view. The mind is the fulfiller. The guru is also one's own mind. The supreme object of fulfilment is the mind. Since the nature of mind is free from a basis, there is no object of offering or offerer. Fulfill the commitment with the meaning of non-duality. May all the wisdom deities be pleased, and may the supreme siddhis never cease. Thus it was taught. This is the old fulfilment ritual of the great accomplished Karma Pakshi, the Auspicious Gate of Fulfillment.

Among them, following the extensive offering ritual of the nine deities of Gyalwa Gyatso, and the translated ancient texts of the praise and offering of activity mantras, considering that most of the words were spoken by Orgyen Rinpoche (Padmasambhava) and have great blessings, they were carefully compiled. If there are any faults in this, I confess to the assembly of Gyalwa Gyatso. May this virtue be dedicated to the realization of great compassion for myself and all sentient beings. Sarva Mangalam (Tibetan, Devanagari: सर्व मङ्गलम्, Romanized Sanskrit: Sarva Mangalam, Literal Chinese meaning: All auspiciousness). Even though all desired enjoyments are gathered, they are not accumulated; even though there are many desirable retinues, there is no attachment. The treasury of the three trainings, the three pitakas, and wisdom is placed in the center of the heart of renunciation and reading. This was also written by Dzogchen Pandit Karma Ngedon Sungrab Tenpai Gyaltsen, during a leisure time in the Cave of Dakinis, may goodness and auspiciousness increase. Sarva Mangalam (Tibetan, Devanagari: सर्व मङ्गलम्, Romanized Sanskrit: Sarva Mangalam, Literal Chinese meaning: All auspiciousness). The offering ritual of the Bhagavan Great Compassionate Gyalwa Gyatso, the treasure trove of all accomplishments arising from the ocean of qualities and activities.
