One desires to perform one hundred and eight confessions and fulfillments. It is said. From the Fulfillment Scripture: Whether it is during the time of approach, accomplishment, or activity, or during auspicious times of tsokhor and torma, or entrusting the four activities, etc., fulfillment should be performed during the time of confessing transgressions. It is said. Orgyen Rinpoche said: During the time of striving for any activity, one should engage in the ritual of fulfillment. It is said. From the Fulfillment Lineage: From the untimely death of sentient beings, it should be reversed by the ritual of fulfillment. It is said. To satisfy the power of the mind, I fulfill the commitment with various dharmas. To pacify outer and inner obstacles, I fulfill the commitment with outer offerings. To increase life, power, and enjoyment, I fulfill the commitment with inner offerings. To gather appearances under control, I fulfill the commitment with secret offerings. To slay all enemies and obstacles without exception, I fulfill the commitment with flesh and blood red offerings. To bestow accomplishment in practice, I fulfill the commitment with nectar and medicine. To bestow power and blessings, I fulfill the commitment with great red rakta.
