Profound Dharma Instructions on Introducing the Three Kayas. Profound Dharma Instructions on Introducing the Three Kayas. The profound Dharma instructions on introducing the three kayas of the complete and perfect Buddha, glorious Karmapa, are present. In the uncontrived, pure, great bliss of the Dharmadhatu, the unobstructed, perfect enjoyment manifests as illusion. With various Nirmanakayas, he guides sentient beings. Having paid homage to the three-kaya Kagyu lamas, the key points of the profound instructions on the three kayas and four kayas will be written here, concise in words but complete in meaning. Furthermore, for individuals of inferior faculties, the four preliminary practices are taught: diligently engage in refuge, bodhicitta, the hundred-syllable mantra, and mandala offerings. In the nature of the Dharmakaya, the three—appearances, sounds, and thoughts—strive to remain in the nature of clarity and emptiness, free from grasping. For individuals of middling faculties, the four key points of the Dharma-nature wheel are turned. First, the key point of the body's posture is shown: sit in the vajra posture without effort or striving, in a state of equanimity. Place the hands in meditative equipoise, straighten the spine like an arrow. Sit comfortably, openly, and relaxed. Second, the key point of devotion in guru yoga: on a lotus, sun, and moon seat on the crown of one's head, visualize the glorious root guru, Vajradhara. Contemplate him as the embodiment of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of all Buddhas, surrounded by a gathering of Kagyu lamas. May the blessings of the guru's three secrets enter into my three doors, and may I receive the supreme siddhis. Meditate and strive in this way again and again. Finally, all the retinue dissolve into light and merge into the guru. Vajradhara himself dissolves into light and merges into oneself. Think that you have received the blessings of body, speech, and mind. If you strive diligently in this way with one-pointedness, faults will be purified and all qualities will be completely perfected. Third, the key point of life-force exertion, the wind energy, is shown: wind is said to be extremely important because it performs all actions. For its practice, the body posture is as before. In order to eliminate both grasping and the grasped, as well as illnesses and evil influences, exhale three times, completely expelling all residual air. Then, properly hold the great vase breath. Without distraction, remain evenly in the state of clear, empty, non-grasping luminosity. When exhaling, think that the obscurations of grasping and the grasped are purified, and strive again and again. Fourth, the key point of exertion, physical exercise, is shown: of the body

In order to purify all obscurations, practice the thirty-seven physical exercises, striving to do them many times, such as hundreds or thousands of times. When tired and weary, the awareness does not scatter outwards, but rests relaxed, clear, and equally. Then meditate on the root of the four essentials - tummo. Also, visualize yourself as Vajrayogini, with one face, two arms, three eyes, and four fangs bared. Adorned with the five seals, with hair flowing loosely. In the center of the body, which is empty, clear, and pure, visualize the three channels and the four chakras. At the navel, from the letter "Ram" (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Fire seed syllable) completely transformed, meditate on the wisdom tummo possessing four characteristics. As the retained breath and fire increase, visualize the inside of the central channel and all the petals of the left and right channels filled with the fire of wisdom. By striving in physical exercises such as the six rounds, heat and bliss will arise. By looking at the nature of bliss and emptiness, one is liberated in one's own nature. Here is the generation stage of non-conceptualization, which is explained in detail in the great instructions. The main part shows the nature of the three kayas, first introducing the nirmanakaya. On a lotus, sun, and moon seat, visualize yourself as the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha, with a golden body, possessing three types of robes, adorned with the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor signs. At the heart, on a moon disc, marked with the letter "Hum" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Because of the functioning of the life-sustaining breath, when inhaling, all sentient beings transform into nirmanakaya Shakyamuni Buddha and a thousand Buddhas, etc., as nirmanakayas. From your own nostrils and pores, everything is gathered and dissolves into the central channel. When exhaling, countless billions of nirmanakaya Shakyamuni Buddhas emanate, filling all world realms. All of them proclaim the Dharma loudly, and all beings transform into Shakyamuni Buddha alone. When inhaling, all of them are gathered and dissolve into the central channel. Rest equally in a state of non-objectifying clarity and emptiness. In the state of emptiness, meditate on immeasurable compassion. Direct the awareness to the center of the navel. By meditating in this way again and again, it is said that all phenomena are realized as the nirmanakaya. However, from the beginning, all beings have been accomplished as the nirmanakaya, but because of non-realization, they are obscured by ordinary deluded mind and attachment. Meditat
