I, as a disciple, do not harbor doubts, and regard the Guru's instructions as precious. Cherishing them in this way will surely lead to accomplishment. Thus it is said. Speaking: The wisdom of Indian and Tibetan scholars is like the sunlight, opening up the treatises, commentaries, and practice lotus gardens, which are as boundless as the stars. Therefore, there is no need for my foolish words. However, with the thought of benefiting Arya Tara (Holy Savioress), who accomplishes all activities, to guide and bless me until enlightenment, and for those like me who are born in the degenerate age with inferior faculties, I have written this. The meaning to be explained is both profound and vast, but my innate and acquired wisdom is shallow. Therefore, there will surely be faults in the words and meanings. I pray that the Goddess will purify them with compassion. May the merit arising from this diligent effort cause all the poverty of sentient beings in suffering to cease, and may they quickly attain the supreme state of eternal bliss and liberation. May auspicious glory blaze!
