即是，一切救度母。意思是，以愤怒皱眉的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）声，能勾召守护大地的所有国王之众，并从众生贫困的所有痛苦中解脱出来，赐予所欲的受用。

摧毁。 以文字十法布置的， 智慧度母从吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字生。 是说，根本咒语文字十法和从种子字吽字产生的度母，被具有喜悦之心的菩萨们围绕，极度摧毁对众生有害的敌人的身体。 第十七偈。 第十七是，礼敬度母足践踏， 具吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）相之种子。 须弥曼陀罗及宾吉亚， 三界一切皆摇动。 是说，化为吽字种子的度母或速母，双足践踏，令山王须弥山，名为曼陀罗之山，以及宾吉亚山等三界，即地下、地上、地上方皆摇动。 第十八偈。 第十八是，礼敬天海相势者， 持有鹿相为标帜。 复说达热及以啪（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）字声， 无余解脱诸毒害。 是说，手持如天海之白色满月之女神的明咒，复说达热，加上结尾啪字，能无余解脱动静一切毒害。 第十九偈。 第十九是，礼敬诸天众之王， 天及紧那罗所依止。 尽着喜悦之威严铠， 能除争斗恶梦者。 是说，欲天之众及人王，以及栖息于土地、水、树木等之神，以及紧那罗等恭敬依止莲足之女神，若穿戴作为本尊神之铠甲，则以恒常安乐而住之威严，能消除他方之争斗及恶梦等。 第二十偈。 第二十是，礼敬日轮月轮圆， 双目光明极清澈。 复说哈惹及以德达热， 能除极猛烈瘟疫。 是说，双目放射光明，焚烧罪恶痛苦，增长寿命福德财富之女神的明咒，复说哈惹，即嗡 纳摩 达热 纳摩 哈惹 吽 哈惹 梭哈，以及德达热之咒语，若念诵，则能消除难以治愈之猛烈瘟疫。

Destroying. Arranged with the ten methods of letters, The wise Tara is born from the seed syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ). That is to say, the root mantra, the ten methods of letters, and the goddess Tara, who arises from the seed syllable Hūṃ, is surrounded by Bodhisattvas who possess joyful minds, and utterly destroys the bodies of enemies who harm sentient beings. Seventeenth Verse. The seventeenth is: Homage to Ture whose feet stamp, Whose seed is in the form of Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ). Meru, Mandara, and Vindhya, The three worlds all tremble. That is to say, the goddess Ture or Swift One, who has become the seed syllable Hūṃ, stamps both feet, causing the king of mountains, Mount Meru, the mountain called Mandara, and Mount Vindhya, along with the three worlds, that is, below the earth, on the earth, and above the earth, to tremble. Eighteenth Verse. The eighteenth is: Homage to the one with the aspect of the divine ocean, Holding the mark of a deer as a symbol. Repeating Tāra and with the syllable Phaṭ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Phaṭ), Completely liberating from all poisons. That is to say, the wisdom mantra of the goddess who holds the white, full moon like the divine ocean in her hand, repeating Tāra, and adding the ending syllable Phaṭ, can completely liberate from all poisons, both moving and unmoving. Nineteenth Verse. The nineteenth is: Homage to the queen of the hosts of gods, Who is relied upon by gods and Kinnaras. Fully adorned with the armor of joy, She removes strife and bad dreams. That is to say, the hosts of desire gods and human kings, and the gods who dwell in the earth, water, trees, etc., and the goddess whose lotus feet are respectfully relied upon by Kinnaras, etc., if she wears the armor of the deity, then with the splendor of abiding in constant joy and bliss, she can eliminate the strife and bad dreams of others, etc. Twentieth Verse. The twentieth is: Homage to the one with the full sun and moon, Whose two eyes are exceedingly clear with light. Repeating Hara and with Tuttaara, She removes the most violent epidemics. That is to say, the mantra of the goddess whose two eyes radiate light, burning away sins and suffering, and increasing life, merit, and wealth, repeating Hara, that is, Om Namah Tare Namo Hare Hum Hare Svaha, and the mantra of Tuttaara, if recited, can eliminate the violent epidemics that are difficult to cure.

也能遣除。 偈颂第二十一。 第二十一是：顶礼将彼三真实，寂灭威力真实具，邪魔僵尸夜叉众，摧灭度母胜中胜。意为：所化有情众生，安置于无因、无果、本体空性，即三真实之道，具有引导至永远寂灭痛苦之解脱的威力。度母乃能迅速摧灭邪魔、僵尸、夜叉等一切恶毒之神，是本尊诸神中最殊胜者。此经乃无上瑜伽部，故有多种密咒之释，然因我等凡夫难以理解，故仅以粗略之词义略作解释即可。 赞颂。

The twenty-first is: Homage to the one who arranges the three realities, Endowed with the power of peace and truth, The hosts of demons, corpses, and yakshas, Destroyer, Tara, the supreme of the best. That is, sentient beings to be tamed, Arranged on the path of the three realities: without cause, without fruit, and emptiness of essence, Possessing the power to lead to liberation, the eternal peace of suffering. The goddess who quickly destroys all the evil spirits such as demons, corpses, and yakshas is the supreme of all the yidam deities. Since this text is the Unsurpassed Yoga Tantra, there are various explanations of mantras. However, since it is difficult for us inferior beings to understand, it is sufficient to explain only the general meaning of the words. Praise.
