There are many introductions. Or introduce through the two, movement and appearance. Various movements arise simultaneously, Observe joy, sorrow, the five poisons, and various thoughts separately. Knowing that thoughts are kind, The questions, obstacle removal, and enhancement are here. Secondly, introducing directly on the basis of appearance, Appearance is mind, mind is emptiness, Emptiness is spontaneously accomplished, spontaneous accomplishment is self-liberation. Among the four, the first, regarding the object of focus, etc., All appearances are like a dream, Apart from mind-appearance, there is nothing else, If one knows that body and mind are inseparable from one and other, Appearance as mind, thus establish the introduction. The non-dual mind is like the moon's reflection in water, Seeing emptiness as being free from arising, ceasing, and abiding. Thirdly, emptiness, yet the display of power arises unceasingly. Fourthly, appearance and emptiness greatly (6) spontaneously accomplished, For the Dharma that encompasses samsara and nirvana, there is no acceptance or rejection. The primordial enlightenment becomes manifest. These are the instructions on the main focus. Afterwards, the method of training the subsequent power, enhancing, removing obstacles, The way of traversing the path and manifesting the fruition. Firstly, object, time, essence, nature, And wisdom, eliminating the five wrong thoughts regarding these. Object is good and evil, for the object there is no acceptance or rejection. Time is the three times, equality is free from clinging to truth. Essence is that there is no wisdom superior to mind. Nature is mind, there is no other Buddha. Wisdom is not realized through hearing, thinking, and contemplation, But arises quickly through the power of blessing. There are three trainings for three kinds of wise people. Firstly, when starting, to transform into a wise person, Observe in an unaltered, natural, and relaxed state. When interrupting, the wise person changes the posture of meditation and body. When acting, the wise person abandons attachment and aversion to good and bad experiences. Or the nature is lost, increased, becomes an antidote. Eliminating the four ways of losing the path, the first is contemplation, etc., Regarding the nature of what is to be known, thinking that it abides in this way, Abandoning fabrication, train in the unceasing display of power. Secondly, making emptiness real with mantras and mind, That meditation which is not so but is increased by thought, Is eliminated by guarding the self-nature of ordinary consciousness. Thirdly, afflictions, etc., with emptiness, Assuming oneself as the basis, clinging to the two, what is to be abandoned and the antidote, Is eliminated by observing the self-face of what is to be abandoned. Fourthly, thinking that there is no other path than emptiness, Holding that as supreme, not thinking of other methods, The equality of samsara and nirvana, thinking

Liberation comes from being free from attachment. Cutting off the wrong paths of meditation and enhancing it. For experiences such as bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, If there is attachment, one will be lost in the three realms; that is the root cause. One should abandon attachment and craving and generate diligence. This is the time to enhance and produce results. Eliminate the three obstacles as enemies and enhance. Taking emptiness as an enemy, everything is emptiness. Seeing good and evil as equal, abandoning all acceptance and rejection. From within emptiness, the union of view and conduct, Learning on the path leads to liberation, while compassion, If taken as an enemy, abandoning one's own samadhi and virtuous deeds, Doing things for others without accomplishment. Both self and others become exhausted; for sentient beings, From within compassion, protect one's own virtuous deeds. Taking cause and effect as an enemy, from the view of acting with conceptual thought, Hoping to become all-knowing, studying grammar, logic, etc., Abandoning practice and arrogance, Liberation comes from meditating on the union of emptiness and cause and effect. Third, removing obstacles: obstacles of illness, evil spirits, and samadhi. When removing them, first cut off the root of the illness. Or practice giving and taking, contemplate the basis of all, etc. Evil spirits are the manifestation of the confusion of one's own mind, For the meaning of appearance, not established, cut off the root. Or practice giving and taking, transforming into the four bodies, etc. Obstacles to samadhi are summarized into dullness and agitation. That is removed through focus, conduct, the lama, and, Looking at the nature of mind, etc. Third, the path is traversed by the four yogas. Single-pointedness, shamatha and vipashyana inseparable, abiding in meaning. Free from elaboration, realizing all phenomena as emptiness. One taste, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana appear as one taste. Without meditation, free from what is to be meditated on and the meditator. These are unstable, stable, and extremely stable. From realizing a little, most, to all, Divided into small, medium, large, ten (8), two, etc. Single-pointedness, accumulation, application, freedom from elaboration are the paths of seeing. One taste, without meditation, is the path of meditation below the medium level, Without meditation, the great is the complete Buddha. Fourth, the result: having practiced in this way, Cutting off all obscurations with the sword of wisdom, Manifesting enlightenment, with body, speech, and mind activity, Until samsara is empty, doing things for the benefit of others. The root verses of the Great Seal, co-emergent union, A concise summary of meaning, a brief memorandum, Requested by the scholar named Phyoklang, Written by the ninth lord named Vajreshvara, Wangchuk Dorje.
