是耗尽烦恼之处。 于无始无终的轮回大海中， 请策励生起厌离和出离心。 对于短暂显现、令人愉悦的世间圆满， 执着于此，为了今生而修持八法， 视其为一切痛苦的根源， 请以智慧洞察此生。 殊胜导师所赞许的居所， 是施予无漏佛法喜悦之处， 是生起功德庄稼的殊胜福田， 请占据寂静的深山。 为了心中喜爱寂止的禅定， 舍弃散乱的事务和喧嚣的城市， 在偏远的深山独自居住时， 祈请您成为我这无亲无友之人的亲友。 黑色魔众的势力极其强大， 不驯服之人的行为极其恶劣， 当内外逆缘如狂风般袭来时， 请您成为我这无依无靠之人的怙主和救护。 突然遭遇盗贼抢劫等， 带来恐惧和痛苦的加害者们， 如末劫之风摧毁房屋般， 以猛烈的力量将其送入不可见的法界。 对于持有誓言的瑜伽士我，（他们说）神和， 护法誓言者，你等毫无力量， 对于轻蔑和杀害我的敌人， 将其送往末劫衰败的五毒道中。 如野兽般在山间游荡时， 佛法、法器、医药、食物、衣物等， 在需要之时，无论如何都不会匮乏， 请您成为我这生活资具的施主。 以迅速的道路修持菩提之时， 为了消除修行的障碍，增进诀窍， 以及成就一切悉地， 请如瑜伽士的身影般相伴。 诅咒、恶咒、仇恨、邪祟、疾病瘟疫和， 鬼神作祟、违背誓言、恶兆等， 由人与非人所引起的， 以及由业和因缘所生的灾难，请您遣除。 深信一切损害皆源于不如理作意和妄念之魔， 以心性佛法调伏的缘起力， 请促成将显现掌控自在的加持。 请将内外秘密的障碍化入法界。 请使一切缘起皆趋向吉祥。 请将利益和安乐的事业如众生般增长。 请成为战胜一切障碍的助伴。 请将分别念轮回的黑暗化入法界。 请将大乐智慧的光芒照亮心间。 请证悟轮涅不二的上师真容。 请迅速成就究竟果位。

It is the place to exhaust afflictions. In the ocean of samsara without beginning or end, Please inspire renunciation and the mind of renunciation. For the temporary appearance, the delightful worldly perfections, Attachment to this, cultivating the eight worldly concerns for this life, Seeing it as the root of all suffering, Please use wisdom to see through this life. The abode approved by the supreme teacher, Is the place to bestow the joy of uncontaminated Dharma, Is the supreme field for cultivating the harvest of qualities, Please occupy the solitary mountain retreat. For the sake of the peaceful samadhi beloved in the mind, Abandoning distracting activities and bustling cities, When dwelling alone in a remote mountain hermitage, I beseech you to be the friend of this friendless one. The power of the black demon hordes is extremely strong, The behavior of unruly beings is extremely evil, When adverse inner and outer conditions rage like a storm, Please be the protector and refuge of this helpless one. Suddenly encountering thieves, robbers, etc., Those who cause fear and suffering, Like the wind at the end of time destroying houses, With fierce force, send them into the invisible realm of Dharma. To the yogi who holds vows, (they say) gods and, Oath-bound protectors, you have no power, To the enemies who despise and kill me, Send them to the path of the five poisons of the end-time decline. When wandering in the mountains like a wild animal, Dharma, ritual implements, medicine, food, clothing, etc., At the time of need, in no way will it be lacking, Please be the master of my livelihood. When practicing enlightenment on the swift path, In order to eliminate obstacles to practice, enhance instructions, And accomplish all siddhis, Please accompany me like the shadow of a yogi. Curses, black magic, hatred, evil spirits, diseases, plagues, and, Harms from gods and demons, broken vows, bad omens, etc., Caused by humans and non-humans, And calamities arising from karma and conditions, please avert them. Believing that all harm arises from improper attention and the demon of conceptual thought, Through the interdependent power of taming the mind with Dharma, Please bring about the activity of mastering appearances. Please dissolve inner and outer secret obstacles into the Dharmadhatu. Please make all interdependent relationships turn towards goodness. Please increase the activities of benefit and happiness like the number of beings. Please be the helper who overcomes all obstacles. Please dissolve the darkness of conceptual samsara into the Dharmadhatu. Please let the light of great bliss wisdom dawn in the heart. Please realize the face of the guru, inseparable from samsara and nirvana. 以清净戒律的修习来调伏自心， 以利他的菩提心来增长善意。 证悟无二大乐的密咒智慧之后， 愿能趋入金刚持（Vajradhara）的果位。 我的身体、受用、功德之聚， 以及念头、心绪的所有念珠， 都化为令恩师欢喜的供云， 利益佛法和一切众生。 从内心深处对我寄予期望的， 成为我心中挚爱的朋友们， 愿他们战胜违缘、障碍， 愿他们的心转向佛法。 总而言之，在今生来世的一切时处， 以永不分离、相伴的深切情谊， 끊绝违缘痛苦的感受， 赐予内心安乐的休憩。 从金刚持（Vajradhara）传承下来的殊胜上师， 具足智慧之眼的护法神，其事业迅速成办。 无有隐瞒的瑜伽士，其誓言清净。 愿世间和涅槃的圆满兴盛，吉祥如意！ 如是，为了策励诸位持誓护法海众的意念， 成就事业的言语。 此成办事业之事， 乃是从小一同长大的朋友， 圆满比丘戒的比丘， 赐予戒律的殊胜阿阇黎（Acharya）， 慈悲智慧圆满的 尊者以言语劝请， 以及自己信心的驱使。 释迦比丘，懈怠者， 根嘎丹贝坚赞（Kunga Tenpai Gyaltsen） 在令人心旷神怡的寂静山谷中， 随心所欲地记录下来。 善哉！

May I tame my mind through the practice of pure morality, May I increase my good intentions with the altruistic Bodhicitta. Having realized the wisdom of non-dual great bliss mantra, May I be joined to the state of Vajradhara (金刚持, Holder of the Vajra). May my body, possessions, accumulation of merits, And all the rosary of thoughts and mind, Be transformed into a cloud of offerings that pleases the kind Guru, And benefit the teachings and all beings. Those who cherish reliance on me from the depths of their hearts, Those who have become dear friends in my mind, May they be victorious over adverse conditions and obstacles, And may their minds be transformed towards the Dharma. In short, in all circumstances of this life and the next, With the affection of inseparable companionship, 끊绝 the feeling of suffering from adverse conditions, Grant the rest of happiness to the mind. The excellent Guru who has descended from Vajradhara (金刚持, Holder of the Vajra), The activity of the Dharma protectors with eyes of wisdom is swift. The yogi without concealment, his vows are pure. May the prosperity of existence and peace increase, may there be auspiciousness! Thus, to urge the minds of the ocean of oath-bound ones, The words to accomplish the activity. This matter of accomplishing activity, Is a friend who grew up together from childhood, A fully ordained Bhikshu (比丘, monk), The excellent Acharya (阿阇黎, spiritual teacher) who bestows vows, The compassionate and wise Venerable one urged with words, And driven by one's own faith. Shakya Bhikshu (比丘, monk), the lazy one, Kunga Tenpai Gyaltsen, In a delightful and secluded mountain valley, Spreads whatever arises into the path of letters.
