With compassion that encompasses all beings, And the perfection of wisdom that transcends all concepts, The supreme deity who unites the indivisible two, May Hevajra (Dgyes pa rdo rje) revel in the center of my heart! Having attained dominion over the expanse of space treasure (Nam-mkha-mdzod), possessing mastery over the treasure of perfect wealth, O peaceful leader of a hundred thousand Yaksha hosts, be a companion in increasing life, merit, and prosperity! Even though the self-arisen mandala of the Victorious Ones is manifest, yet in the perception of ordinary beings, it appears as self-centered pride. O Dharma King (Chos-gyal), ministers, and retinue, the time has come to examine with the eye of wisdom! By the great power of controlling the four activities, for the sake of propagating the activities of all the Buddhas, acting as the protector and refuge of all yogis, may all the oath-bound ocean of protectors heed my call! Herein is inserted a verse to stimulate the extraordinary commitment. I call with melody, listen with attentive ears; I attend with reverence, discern with omniscient mind; I offer constantly, behold with wisdom eyes; I entrust with tasks, accomplish the entrusted activities! For the sake of the yogi who reverently attends from the depths of the heart, to pacify outer and inner harms, and to accomplish temporary and ultimate benefit and happiness, when called upon, Dharma protectors, be not slow! Towards those sinful ones who denigrate the body of the glorious Lama, harm and injure the teachings and all beings, and obstruct accomplishment, when striking down, oath-bound ones, be not weak in power! These outer and inner offerings and samaya substances, unstained by the defilements of conceptual imputation, sealed with the great bliss wisdom mudra, partake of them and be my protector and companion! Through the influence of ignorance, carelessness, and laziness, all faults that contradict the hearts of the protectors, seeing all phenomena as equal in the nature of Dharmakaya, purify the transgressions into the expanse! The wisdom of all the loving Victorious Ones, manifesting in the form of a teacher in the degenerate age of five hundred, may the glorious Lamas who dispel suffering with remembrance, may their lotus feet be firm and their activities flourish! As the basis of all benefit and happiness for all beings without exception, may the scriptural and realization teachings of the Buddha remain long, and may the Sangha who uphold them be harmonious, and may their activities of teaching and practice increase! For those beings of this greatly degenerate age, oppressed by the burden of unbearable negative karma, and afflicted by the sensations of the three sufferings, may they enjoy the glory of perfect happiness and well-being! Especially for us, the Vidyadhara yogis, relying on the boat of this leisure and fortune body, with the helmsman striving single-pointedly in accomplishment, be a helpful companion in taking the essence jewel!
