不要说别人的坏话，要和睦相处。不要把坏榜样给别人看，要反省自己。吃饭时不要争吵，说话要有条理。不要总是打骂牲畜，要像对待宝贝一样爱护。不要后悔过去做过的事，以后要约束自己。不要把食物和财产浪费在别人身上，要自己珍惜。好衣服不要在家里穿，要在市场上穿。快乐的时候不要炫耀，因为快乐不是永恒的。痛苦的时候不要抱怨，因为痛苦也不是永恒的。不要轻视地位低的人，因为世事盛衰无常。要和有益处、心地善良、有远见的人交往。要听从恩人的话，尽力去做。要娶一个贤惠、快乐、热情好客的妻子。做任何事情都要顺应当地的习俗。在没有了解清楚一个人的底细之前，不要轻易相信他。信任正直的人，要说正直的话。和能理解你的人，要坦诚相待。做任何事情都要选择良辰吉日。不要向口蜜腹剑的人请教。不要听信奴仆的谎言。不要向真诚的朋友隐瞒。不要和无法战胜的水和敌人作对。不要对一去不复返的人抱有太大的希望。在人多的地方，要说有意义的话。不要在女人面前说轻浮的话。不要在神灵面前睡觉或行房。不要和心怀恶意的人在一起。要远离行为不端的人。不要把无法完成的事情交给别人。不要向不懂的人倾诉心事。不要和不听劝告的人争辩。对不尊重你的人，要以微笑待之。不要羡慕坏人的恶行。不要贪图别人的财产和食物。不要和名声不好的人交往。不要和心胸狭窄、爱争吵的人做邻居。不要购买因争吵而引起的财产。不要吃有毒或不干净的食物。要避免不干净和引起争议的疾病。不要发誓永远抛弃三宝。不要为了眼前的利益而做坏事。不要相信强盗和小偷。不要欺骗寻求帮助和信任你的人。不要为了暂时的快乐而牺牲长远的幸福。不要挑剔别人的缺点，要反省自己的过失。不要自吹自擂，贬低别人，要做一个谦虚的人。唉！那些不记得来世果报的坏人啊！当你们的心识无法融入神圣的佛法时，坐在像被刺扎的垫子上，念诵咒语也无法产生力量。不要说太多无意义的话，要说真心话。

Don't criticize, be harmonious. Don't show bad examples to others, reflect on yourself. Don't argue while eating, speak with order. Don't always beat animals, cherish them like treasures. Don't regret past actions, restrain yourself in the future. Don't waste food and wealth on others, cherish them yourself. Don't wear good clothes at home, wear them in the market. Don't show off when happy, because happiness is not eternal. Don't complain when suffering, because suffering is not eternal either. Don't despise those of low status, because fortunes rise and fall. Associate with those who are helpful, kind-hearted, and far-sighted. Obey the words of benefactors and do your best. Marry a virtuous, happy, and hospitable wife. Adapt all actions to local customs. Don't trust someone until you understand their background. Trust honest people and speak honestly. Be frank with those who can understand you. Choose auspicious days for all actions. Don't seek advice from those who are sweet-tongued but malicious. Don't listen to the lies of servants. Don't hide from sincere friends. Don't oppose water and enemies that cannot be defeated. Don't have too much hope for those who are gone and never return. Speak meaningfully in crowded places. Don't speak frivolously in front of women. Don't sleep or have sex in front of deities. Don't be with malicious people. Stay away from immoral people. Don't entrust tasks that cannot be completed to others. Don't confide in those who don't understand. Don't argue with those who don't listen. Treat those who don't respect you with a smile. Don't envy the evil deeds of bad people. Don't covet the wealth and food of others. Don't associate with people with bad reputations. Don't be neighbors with those who are narrow-minded and quarrelsome. Don't buy property that is the result of disputes. Don't eat poisonous or unclean food. Avoid unclean and controversial diseases. Don't swear to abandon the Three Jewels forever. Don't do bad deeds for immediate gain. Don't trust robbers and thieves. Don't deceive those who seek help and trust you. Don't sacrifice long-term happiness for temporary pleasure. Don't find fault with others, reflect on your own faults. Don't boast about yourself and belittle others, be humble. Alas! Those bad people who don't remember the karmic results of the next life! When your consciousness cannot be integrated into the sacred Dharma, sitting on a cushion like being pricked by thorns, reciting mantras cannot produce power. Don't say too many meaningless words, speak sincerely.

。 当生起次第显空本尊不清晰时， 观修智慧的赞颂，刹那圆满。 诸根如同军队和强盗， 莫迷失于悬崖之路，是为心语。 一切皆无常啊，心之子！ 聚会无常，如集市的客人。 贪图安乐无常，如父爱女儿。 富裕无常，如山间的雾霭。 财物无常，如草尖的露珠。 如今这短暂的瞬间， 正应为来世做好准备。 获得闲暇圆满之人， 必须不虚度此生。 若不领悟痛苦，则智慧难生。 无意义地为此生奔波劳碌， 临终时无法的僧侣最可悲。 无报酬的劳作，老僧侣牧羊最可悲。 无情面的布施，给予僧侣最可悲。 无报酬的罪恶，黑脸猎人最可悲。 苦乐兼顾，家庭的主妇最可悲。 收回人言，村庄的首领最可悲。 以恩报怨，无耻的近邻最可悲。 忘恩负义，儿女对父母最可悲。 努力却方向错误，吝啬鬼最可悲。 业力无尽，地狱最可悲。 安乐却无法获得，轮回最可悲。 因此，将这些铭记于心，付诸实践。 愿以善行，老母有情皆得解脱！ 这鸟雀点缀的花朵， 是无依之人石堆所说，善哉！善哉！ 修心嘛呢宝鬘，心中生起领悟辨析的明镜。

The senses are like armies and robbers, Do not be mistaken on the path of the precipice, this is heart advice. Everything is impermanent, oh, son of my heart! Gatherings are impermanent, like guests at a market. Desiring happiness is impermanent, like a father's love for his daughter. Wealth is impermanent, like mist on a mountain. Possessions are impermanent, like dew on the tip of a blade of grass. Now, in this fleeting moment, It is time to prepare for the next life. Having obtained the opportunity of leisure and endowment, You must not waste this life. If you do not understand suffering, wisdom will be difficult to arise. Pointlessly striving and toiling for this life, A monk without Dharma at the time of death is most pitiful. Working without pay, an old monk herding sheep is most pitiful. Giving Dharma without regard, giving to monks is most pitiful. Sinning without pay, a black-faced hunter is most pitiful. Bearing both joy and sorrow, the housewife of the family is most pitiful. Taking back people's words, the village chief is most pitiful. Returning harm for kindness, a shameless neighbor is most pitiful. Being ungrateful, children to their parents is most pitiful. Striving but with the wrong direction, a miser is most pitiful. Karma without end, hell is most pitiful. Happiness without attainment, samsara is most pitiful. Therefore, hold these in your mind and put them into practice. May all mother sentient beings be liberated by virtue! These flowers adorned by birds, Are spoken by the solitary one from a pile of stones, virtuous! Virtuous! The Garland of Mind Training, a mirror that illuminates the various understandings and discriminations arising in the mind.
