This is a profound method of subduing and overwhelming the confused thoughts that are essential for the profound practice of Chöd, the severance of demons. First, to directly sever the thoughts of the three times, utter PHAṬ (藏文：ཕཊཿ，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪！). While maintaining a state of sharp mindfulness and awareness, visualize yourself as if stars and planets suddenly appear in a vast ocean. Your body is no longer a physical form of flesh and blood, but rather the self-arising expression of innate awareness. Your body transforms into the wisdom ḍākiṇī Vajravarahi, with the upper part of her body soaring in the formless realm, the area from her heart to her navel pervading the entire form realm, and the lower part of her body terrifyingly crushing the desire realm, including the abodes of the three lower realms, rendering them unable to move even slightly. As a sign of the unchanging nature of reality, her body is blue. She is adorned with the complete splendor and qualities of the enjoyment body, with all ornaments and attire perfectly complete. In order to guide beings according to their individual needs, without abandoning compassion, the incarnate form manifests as the wisdom ḍākiṇī, the black wrathful one who subdues demons. Merely seeing and hearing her causes the ocean of sentient beings, both with and without form, to tremble in fear, their heroism diminished, and they are reduced to a state of helplessness, shivering and quaking. Her form is that of a single face, an unbearable wrathful countenance, red with three round eyes. From her left eye, the essence of wisdom, rays of sunlight blaze and radiate like the fire at the end of an eon. From her right eye, the essence of skillful means, rays of moonlight shine white and brilliant. From her central eye, the inseparable light of skillful means and wisdom, red and white, blazes and radiates. Her hair hangs loose, covering her back, with the remainder bound as an ornament on the crown of her head. On the right side of her neck, a black pig face emits grunting sounds. Her widely opened mouth is capable of devouring the entire universe, her teeth and fangs stand like snow mountains, and her tongue flashes like red lightning. Her right hand holds aloft a human skin banner dripping with blood, and merely by waving it in the expanse of the sky, she can control the three realms and overwhelm the three existences.
