How can one become a Victorious One by uniting skillful means and wisdom? There are differences in the path to accomplishment. The nature of skillful means and wisdom naturally, In the fruit of non-separation, Above Ati Yoga, which serves as the path, A higher vehicle cannot be found. Because non-dual wisdom is, The ultimate attainment of the Tathagata, In Shakya's teachings, There is nothing higher than this. This path is that fruit, already enlightened. If it is said that one was not a Buddha from the beginning, This requires discernment through individual awakened wisdom, Rather than arguing. If at the time of discernment, Merely uttering a name can transform it, Then in the treatises of Madhyamaka, do all phenomena Become emptiness through elaboration? Even if one is a Buddha, if one has not attained those paths, One will not appear. Just as emptiness is eternally present, But how can one who has not entered the path see it? The Tathagatagarbha (essence of the Thus-Gone One), where skillful means and wisdom are inseparable, Even the great Bodhisattvas of the ten bhumis (grounds), Cannot clearly perceive it, like forms in the night. Therefore, it is not an object of speculation, But through the excellent path of the union of skillful means and wisdom, Accomplishing the inseparable son (Buddha), It appears like a manifestation of wisdom. If wisdom cannot serve as the path, Then in the lineage of the noble ones, which emphasizes emptiness, Is there no method to enter into it? Then what is the need for the swift path of mantra? Then what is the use of the path? In order to see the inherent wisdom. Just as form does not change, But like medicine that removes eye disease. If it is said that like eye disease, It is established in samsara, Then at the time of conventional discernment, It is permissible to say so, the difference between samsara and nirvana, Lies in awareness and ignorance. However, on the ground of the view of ultimate truth, Ignorance, like eye disease, Is not truly established, but is the very essence of reality. Ema, Supreme Teacher (stong mchog, peerless teacher)! The stages of the vehicle taught to dispel evil intelligence, Are like the rungs of a ladder. The ultimate is non-dual wisdom. Thus, the inconceivable realm of the Victorious Ones, Is the support of countless beings. When will I realize it? May the longing for the ultimate supreme path increase. Through the wisdom of individually discerning awareness, Concluding that all phenomena are solely wisdom, For those who are confused by mixing views and commitments, By the virtue of explaining the scriptures in an easy-to-understand manner, From the wisdom of teaching the supreme view as the king, With the inexhaustible courage of the lion's roar, Subduing billions of inferior-viewed wild animals, May the excellent eye of immaculate wisdom be opened! These words are spoken to those whose evil views have penetrated their hearts and whose minds are confused. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
