在清净刹土(dag pa'i zhing du),阿弥陀佛('Od dpag med),观世音菩萨(sPyan ras gzigs),慈氏怙主(Byams pa mgon),秘密主(gSang ba'i bdag po)等。

Collected Teachings of Jamgon Mipham Rinpoche MP133: A Brief Compilation of Notes on the Crown of Seeing Liberation 7-31-1a A Brief Compilation of Notes on the Crown of Seeing Liberation Now, in this gathering of patrons who possess faith and generosity, and mainly composed of capable mantra practitioners, monks who uphold their vows, wealthy householders, and devout men and women, I will briefly recount the precious history of the Crown of Seeing Liberation (Mthong grol dbu zhwa). The ways in which all the Buddhas (rGyal ba, all victors) benefit sentient beings with their immeasurable compassion and wisdom are as follows: As stated in the White Lotus Sutra (mDo sde padma dkar po): 'Lotuses, wish-fulfilling jewels, food, clothing, mounts, and so forth, appear as material objects that accomplish many benefits.' Similarly, among symbols, signs, and garments, the most important, the crown, also holds special significance. Kings (rGyal po) bind their hair with jewels as a symbol of royal power; in the tantras (rGyud sde), there are initiation crowns; and the great master Padmasambhava (Padma, Lotus) of Oddiyana (O rgyan) also wears a lotus hat (pad zhwa) and extensively praises the benefits of seeing it. Likewise, the incomparable Gampopa (Dwags po lha rje) also explained the benefits of hats for the Dharma (bstan pa, teachings), especially how merit arises from the meditation hat (sgom zhwa). In particular, it is worth mentioning that the Lord of the World ('Jig rten dbang phyugs, Avalokiteśvara), the Karmapas (Karma pa), have relied on the Black Hat of Seeing Liberation (mthong grol zhwa nag) as the main activity for their enlightened activities, planting the seeds of liberation in beings. This is because the emanation of Avalokiteśvara, the sage Konpa Kyé (dKon pa skyes), attained vajra-like (rDo rje) samadhi (ting nge 'dzin), the Buddhas and their retinues bestowed upon him a vajra crown (rdo rje'i cod pan) as a symbol of power, woven from the hair of countless wisdom dakinis (ye shes kyi mkha' 'gro ma), which he wore on his head. Since then, bodhisattvas (byang sems) like Lodrö Rinchen (Blo gros rin chen), the great siddha Saraha (sa ra ha pa), and the glorious Düsum Khyenpa (Dus gsum mkhyen pa, the First Karmapa), and all subsequent incarnations have been inseparable from this crown. However, due to its rarity, only a few fortunate ones have been able to witness it. Later, the emanation of Manjushri ('Jam dbyangs), the Yongle Emperor of the Ming Dynasty (Tā ming g.yung lo rgyal po), requested the Fifth Karmapa (Karma pa), Deshin Shekpa (De bzhin gshegs pa), and in order to see it as he had, the emperor offered the world-renowned Black Hat of Seeing Liberation, which blessed all, high and low, wise and foolish, to be seen, inseparable from the crown of self-arisen wisdom. Thereafter, the great Karmapas (Karma pa chen po) have been inseparable from the mind lineage of meaning, continuously incarnating in India and Tibet (Phags bod) like the sun and moon, working together to accomplish great deeds for the Dharma and beings. In the pure lands (dag pa'i zhing du), Amitabha ('Od dpag med), Avalokiteśvara (sPyan ras gzigs), Maitreya (Byams pa mgon), Vajrapani (gSang ba'i bdag po), etc.
