For the initial offering, use three or seven types of grains, or thirteen mixed into tsampa. Mix with powdered precious jewels, and build a four-tiered Mount Meru. Place statues and torma on each level, with arrows, banners, and victory banners raised high. Arrange various shapes of butter lamps, and display as many offerings as possible. Male and female demon effigies, ransom items, offering cakes, and golden libations. For a simple offering, rely on torma and effigies, supplemented with golden libations. Adapt to the place and time, doing what is possible. After the initial offerings are well prepared, recite the prayers specific to each deity. For the evil demons, a black offering with nine-pointed tips, arrows and banners decorated in black. Shapes like owls and other forms, display meat and blood, and bless them. Hum!
