心想如此，故示佛法之盛宴。此根本乃易懂之诗歌。注释唯有经论传承之口诀。观其辞藻，有写作之奇观。思其意义，有修持正法之方式。殊胜论典，诸般言教摄为精要。为使人类阅览，故书此文。善知真诚之心生起，且极度增长。有智慧者，请深思，然易懂其义。有些徒劳无益，编织文字之结。另一些无关紧要，胡言乱语信口开河。善于修辞，清晰写作之作者乃是，雪域之中，具吉祥名称之善慧。利他之心，如电流般流动，极度庄严。利他之发心，善心之乌云密布，从中，圆满安乐，如珍宝之雨般降下。愿一切众生皆享用喜乐之吉祥。我与无边众生，无余一切，依怙本尊，语之成就愿坚固。利益与无量安乐，无余一切，与胜义最上之成就愿获得。此乃东方宗喀巴具吉祥名称之善慧于蔡贡塘（今拉萨蔡公堂）之寺庙所作，善妙增上。吉祥！胜莲苑，具利益安乐之芬芳。讲修兴盛，解脱甘露之精华。为使众生享用，德格（今四川德格）伦珠顶，大寺之中，弘扬此佛法之雨。以辞藻圆满之诗歌方式引导之修心。

Thinking thus, he displayed the feast of Dharma. This root is an easily understood poem. The commentary is only the oral tradition of scriptures and tantras. Look at the words, there is a spectacle of writing. Think about the meaning, there is a way to practice the Dharma. The excellent treatises, all the teachings are condensed into essence. In order for human beings to read, this text is written. May the heart of good knowledge and truth arise and increase greatly. Those with wisdom, please think deeply, but understand the meaning easily. Some are in vain, weaving knots of words. Others are irrelevant, speaking nonsense and blabbering. The author who is good at rhetoric and writes clearly is, in this land of snow, the glorious Lobsang Drakpa. The heart of benefiting others, like an electric current flowing, is extremely beautiful. From the altruistic motivation, the rain clouds of good heart gather, from which, perfect happiness, like a rain of jewels, descends. May all beings enjoy the glory of joy and happiness. May I and all limitless beings, without exception, rely on the yidam deity, may the accomplishment of speech be firm. May all benefits and immeasurable happiness, without exception, and the ultimate supreme accomplishment be attained. This was composed by the glorious Lobsang Drakpa of Eastern Tsongkhapa in the temple of Tsel Gungtang (present-day Lhasa Tsel Gungtang), may goodness increase. Swasti! Victorious lotus garden, with the fragrance of benefit and happiness. The flourishing of explanation and practice, the essence of nectar of liberation. In order for all beings to enjoy, in Dege Lhundrub Teng (present-day Dege, Sichuan), in the great monastery, this rain of Dharma is spread. Mind training guided by the path of poetry with perfect diction.
