ཀུན་ལས་སྐྱོབས། །བདག་ནི་གནས་སྐབས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ། །ཇི་ལྟའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་གནས་ཀྱང་རུང་། །གདོན་རིགས་འཁྲུག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས། །ཀུན་ནས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྲུང་དུ་གསོལ། ཞེས་རང་གི་སྙིང་གའི་ཟླ་བ་ལ་གནས་པའི་མཾ་ཡིག་ལ་ༀ་མཱ་རཱི་ཙྱཻ་མཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཞེས་པས་བསྐོར་བ་ལ་དམིགས་ནས་བཟླས་པ་བྱ། ཆོམ་རྐུན་ལ་སོགས་པ་བསྲུང་ན། རང་དང་སྔགས་འཕྲེང་ལས་རང་འདྲའི་ལྷ་མོ་ཁབ་སྐུད་ཐོགས་པ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་སྤྲོས་གནོད་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཁ་མིག་བཙེམས་འོད་ཀྱི་དྲ་བས་བཅིངས། ལུས་རེངས། སེམས་རྨོངས། དྲན་པ་ཉམས། ཡང་རང་གི་ལུས་ཀྱི་ནང་འོད་ཀྱིས་གང་བས་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་དག་སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་འོད་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པར་རང་ལ་ཞུགས་པར་བསམ། ཐུན་གྱི་མཐར་མཆོད་བསྟོད་བྱས་ལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་པ་གཤེགས། སྤྱོད་ལམ་དམ་ཚིག་པའི་ང་རྒྱལ་གྱིས་བྱའོ། །འོད་ཟེར་ཅན་གྱི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་འདི། བླ་མ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་ཐུགས་བཞེད་ལྟར་གྲགས་པ་རྒྱལ་མཚན་གྱིས་ཡེ་གེར་བཀོད། འདིས་བསྟན་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དར་ཞིང་རྒྱས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །སྭ་སྟི། རྒྱལ་པད་ཚལ་ཕན་བདེའི་དྲི་བསུང་ཅན། །བཤད་སྒྲུབ་འདར་རྒྱས་རྣམ་གྲོལ་སྦྲང་རྩའི་བཅུད། །འགྲོ་ཀུན་སྤྱོད་ཕྱིར་སྡེ་དགེ་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་སྟེང་། །ཆོས་སྡེ་ཆེ་ནས་ཆོས་སྦྱིན་ཆར་འདི་སྤེལ། །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ། ། འོད་ཟེར་ཅན་གྱི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་རྗེའི་ཐུགས་བཞེད་ལྟར་བཀོད་པ།

祈请救护！我于一切时，无论处于何种状态，祈请从一切鬼神作乱中，完全守护。如是，观想自身心间的月亮上安住的“མཾ་”（藏文，梵文天城体：मं，梵文罗马拟音：maṃ，汉语字面意思：芒）字，以“ༀ་མཱ་རཱི་ཙྱཻ་མཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།”（藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ मारिच्ये मं स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mārīcye maṃ svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，光明母，芒，梭哈！）围绕，并专注念诵。若要守护盗贼等，观想从自身和咒鬘中，涌现出无数与自己一样的，手持针线的明妃，缝合作害者的口眼，以光网束缚，身体僵硬，心识昏昧，记忆丧失。又观想自身充满光明，净化罪障，一切佛菩萨以光的形式融入自身。修法结束时，作供养赞颂，迎请智慧尊返回。行为以誓言的傲慢行持。此光明母修法，是根据喇嘛仁波切的心愿，由扎巴坚赞记录成文。愿以此令珍贵的教法兴盛广大！吉祥！如莲花盛开的园林般，具有利益安乐的芬芳，为了利益一切众生，从德格伦珠顶（德格印经院）此大寺院中，弘扬这佛法布施之雨。萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！ 光明母修法，是按照宗喀巴大师的心愿而著。

Protect from all! At all times, no matter what state I am in, I pray that you completely protect me from all disturbances of ghosts and spirits. Thus, visualize the syllable "མཾ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: मं, Romanized Sanskrit: maṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Mang) residing on the moon in your heart, surrounded by "ༀ་མཱ་རཱི་ཙྱཻ་མཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ मारिच्ये मं स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ mārīcye maṃ svāhā, literal Chinese meaning: Om, Marici, Mam, Svaha!), and focus on reciting it. If you want to protect against thieves, etc., visualize countless consorts like yourself, holding needles and thread, emerging from yourself and the mantra garland, sewing up the mouths and eyes of the harm-doers, binding them with a web of light, making their bodies stiff, their minds confused, and their memories lost. Also, visualize your body filled with light, purifying sins and obscurations, and all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas entering you in the form of light. At the end of the session, make offerings and praises, and invite the wisdom beings to depart. Conduct yourself with the pride of samaya. This practice of Marici was written down by Drakpa Gyaltsen according to the wishes of Lama Rinpoche. May this cause the precious teachings to flourish and spread! Svasti! Like a garden where lotuses bloom, with the fragrance of benefit and happiness, for the benefit of all beings, from this great monastery of Dege Lhundrub Teng (Dege Printing House), may this rain of Dharma be spread.
