ད། 众生之义成办，复归圆满之后，自身观想为妙音天女，身色洁白，一面二臂，容光焕发，面带微笑。以喜悦之情，双眼凝视拨动琵琶琴弦，顶发束成发髻，以白色鲜花花鬘束缚，无数金色铃铛在散落垂下的发丝间摇曳作响。左手持有一把由蓝色琉璃制成，拥有千根琴弦的琵琶。右手拨动琴弦，令天神、乾闼婆等一切众生的心不由自主地被吸引。以珍宝和各色丝绸为饰，身着卡扎利卡的上衣和下裙，佩戴着白色莲花串成的饰品。如十六岁妙龄少女般，双乳丰满，触之生乐。因具贪恋之态，身体向左倾斜。以跏趺坐姿安住于莲花月轮之上，顶髻以月亮坛城为饰。如此观想。 之后，将自己的心向上提，从分为八瓣之处生出八瓣白色莲花，莲心呈黄绿色。从被红色和黄色花蕊环绕的莲心处，放射出如千日之光般的耀眼光芒，驱散心间的黑暗。于莲心之上的月轮之上，观想自己的心识为妙音天女的本体，呈ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：诃利）之形。从ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：诃利）字的各个边沿开始，从前方开始顺时针方向，观想由母音字母环绕，呈现六十种音声形象。观想觉性与光明同在，停留在未触及座垫的状态。之后，从心间的字中放射出光芒，堵住左鼻孔，稍微向外呼气。观想天女安住在海边，以此来激发她的意念，迎请至前方的虚空中。以阏伽等供品进行供养。赞颂之后，观想融入自身，成为无二无别。观想从左鼻孔进入，稍微向内吸气。融入之后，尽力念诵。念诵时，观想从ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：诃利）字中，从口中吐出珍珠念珠，从脐部进入，融入心间的ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：诃利）字中，并观想其持续不断地旋转。观想从脐部进入的光芒照耀着诸佛和菩萨的心。

Then, after accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings and returning to complete union, visualize yourself as the goddess Saraswati, with a white body, one face, and two arms, radiant and smiling. With joy, her eyes gaze upon the plucking of the lute strings, and her hair is tied in a topknot, bound with a garland of white flowers, with countless golden bells jingling among the scattered, hanging strands. In her left hand, she holds a lute made of blue lapis lazuli, possessing a thousand strings. With the gesture of her right hand plucking the strings, she involuntarily attracts the minds of all beings, including gods and gandharvas. Adorned with jewels and various silks, she is beautiful in a katsalika bodice and skirt, adorned with hanging clusters of white lotuses. Like a sixteen-year-old maiden, her breasts are full, bringing pleasure upon touch. With an amorous demeanor, she leans to the left. She sits in a cross-legged posture on a lotus and moon seat, her crown marked by a lunar mandala. Meditate in this way. Then, raise your heart upwards, and from the division into eight parts, a white lotus with eight petals arises, its center yellowish-green. From the center, surrounded by red and yellow stamens, rays of light equal to the light of a thousand suns radiate, dispelling the darkness of the heart. On the moon mandala above the center, visualize your own mind as the essence of Saraswati, in the form of Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：诃利). Starting from the edges of the Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：诃利) syllable, beginning from the front and moving clockwise, visualize the vowels surrounding it, appearing in the form of sixty sounds. Visualize awareness together with luminosity, remaining just above the seat. Then, from the letters in the heart, rays of light radiate, block the left nostril, and exhale slightly. Visualize the goddess residing by the ocean, thereby stimulating her mind, and invite her into the space in front. Offer with argham and other offerings. After praising her, visualize her merging into yourself, becoming non-dual. Visualize her entering through the left nostril, and inhale slightly. After merging, recite as much as possible. While reciting, visualize a pearl rosary emerging from the Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：诃利) syllable from the mouth, entering from the navel, merging into the Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：诃利) syllable in the heart, and visualize it continuously revolving. Visualize the light entering from the navel illuminating the hearts of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.

至尊和事业之神以及仙人等的智慧，持明成就者们的神通力量和证悟，班智达们的智慧和慈悲，谷物等的精华和能力，都融入于脐轮，观想融入心间的ཧྲཱིཾཿ （藏文：ཧྲཱིཾཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：赫利）中，念诵五十万遍后，在结束时，将本尊迎请至前方，以自己所知赞颂和供养，祈祷所希望之事，以回向和发愿来增广，最后将本尊融入自身。如果观想清晰，生起强烈的贪执，则以无分别的智慧来增广。 这是至尊仁波切自己所著，弟子欢喜地记录下来。吉祥！ 愿如莲苑般具有利益和安乐芬芳，讲修兴盛，解脱甘露之精华，为利一切众生，在德格·伦珠顶（Dege Lhundrub Teng） ，从大法寺广弘此布施佛法的甘霖。吉祥！ 这是宗喀巴大师所著的妙音天女修法，以及妙音天女修法的随许。

The wisdom of the supreme one and the deities of activity, as well as the sages, the power and realization of the accomplished mantra holders, the wisdom and compassion of the panditas, the essence and power of grains, all enter into the navel chakra, and with the visualization of dissolving into the hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཾཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable Hrih) in the heart, after reciting five hundred thousand times, at the end, invite the deity to the front, praise and offer with what you know, pray for what you desire, expand with dedication and aspiration, and finally dissolve the deity into yourself. If the visualization is clear and strong attachment arises, then expand with non-discriminating wisdom. This was written by the supreme Rinpoche himself, and the disciple recorded it with joy. May there be auspiciousness! May the fragrance of benefit and happiness, like a lotus garden, flourish with explanation and practice, the essence of the nectar of liberation, for the benefit of all beings, in Dege Lhundrub Teng, may this rain of Dharma giving spread widely from the great Dharma monastery. May there be auspiciousness! This is the practice of Saraswati written by Je Tsongkhapa, and the subsequent permission of the practice of Saraswati.
