迎请后，口中念诵“吽 普 帕！（藏文，ཧཱུྃ་ཕུཿ ཕཊ，梵文天城体，huṃ phuḥ phaṭ，梵文罗马拟音，吽 普 帕 帕，摧伏）”七遍，将迎请来的对境诸形勾招安住。强烈执持彼龙即是真龙。之后，解开先前用线缠绕的食器，打开后置于自己面前。如前一般，观想为忿怒尊，以心间的吽（藏文，ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体，huṃ，梵文罗马拟音，hum，种子字）字，从地下世界勾招水神瓦鲁纳及其眷属八大龙王，对着食器内的字，念诵“吽 普 帕！（藏文，ཧཱུྃ་ཕུཿ ཕཊ，梵文天城体，huṃ phuḥ phaṭ，梵文罗马拟音，吽 普 帕 帕，摧伏）”七遍，如前一般进行勾招安住。之后，对坛城的龙和食器中的所有龙进行供养，供品有：妙欲、欲乐、瓶水、幡幢等，念诵“嗡”字多次进行加持，然后以“嗡 阿 纳嘎 阿底巴底 萨巴热瓦热 阿嘎 札 贝的 札 吽 梭哈”等供养。之后，用线缠绕食器，置于池塘中央略不触水的台座上，然后念诵咒语：观想世尊的教令，龙族欢喜，降下大雨。念诵：那嘛 萨曼达 布达喃 拿摩 嘛哈 巴拉亚 乌楚什玛 嘛哈 卓达 啦匝亚 萨瓦 纳嘎囊 赫日达亚 札 札亚 吽 普 帕！（藏文，ཧཱུྃ་ཕུཿ ཕཊ，梵文天城体，huṃ phuḥ phaṭ，梵文罗马拟音，吽 普 帕 帕，摧伏） 嗡 秀啦 巴尼 瓦日阿亚 希 嘎让！嗡 卓地尼 达达 瓦日阿亚 希 嘎让！念诵这些祈请词。不杂睡眠昏沉等念诵，必定降雨，因为金刚持的教言不会虚妄。此法的要点在于，观一切法如缘起幻化，尽力修持菩提心，以及对金刚持的教言生起信解。羊年夏季少雨之时，宗喀巴大师造此法，以大雨之势，使大地上的谷物精华、草木花卉、药材等更加繁荣生长。降雨后，如前一般供养龙族，然后送回各自住所。吉祥！ 具足胜利莲苑利益安乐之芳香，讲修兴盛解脱甘露之精华。为利一切有情，德格印经院(德格印经院) ，此大寺院弘扬布施之雨。 芒嘎拉姆！ 依仗大威力的降雨法，宗喀巴大师的口诀。

Having invited them, recite "Hum Phu Phat! (藏文，ཧཱུྃ་ཕུཿ ཕཊ，梵文天城体，huṃ phuḥ phaṭ，梵文罗马拟音，Hum Phu Phat Phat, Subjugation)" seven times, beckoning and seating the forms in front. Strongly hold the conviction that those dragons are real. Then, untie the bowl that was previously bound with thread, open it, and place it in front of yourself. As before, visualize yourself as a wrathful deity, and with the Hum (藏文，ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体，huṃ，梵文罗马拟音，hum，Seed Syllable) syllable at your heart, summon Varuna and his retinue of eight great Naga kings from the underworld, and towards the letters inside the bowl, recite "Hum Phu Phat! (藏文，ཧཱུྃ་ཕུཿ ཕཊ，梵文天城体，huṃ phuḥ phaṭ，梵文罗马拟音，Hum Phu Phat Phat, Subjugation)" seven times, beckoning and seating them as before. Then, make offerings to all the Nagas of the mandala and the Nagas in the bowl, such as: sensual objects, desirable things, vase water, banners, etc., blessing them by reciting "Om" many times. Then, offer with "Om Ah Naga Adhipati Sapariwara Argham Pratitsa Hum Svaha," etc. After that, bind the bowl with thread, place it on a platform in the middle of the pond that is just above the water, and then recite the mantra: Visualize that by the command of the Bhagavan, the Nagas are pleased with me and send down great rain. Recite: Namah Samanta Buddhanam Namo Maha Balaya Ucchusma Maha Krodha Rajaya Sarva Naganam Hridaya Trataya Hum Phu Phat! (藏文，ཧཱུྃ་ཕུཿ ཕཊ，梵文天城体，huṃ phuḥ phaṭ，梵文罗马拟音，Hum Phu Phat Phat, Subjugation) Om Shula Pani Varshaya Shri Ghram! Om Jyotini Dada Varshaya Shri Ghram! Recite these words of urging. If recited without mixing with sleepiness or drowsiness, rain will definitely fall, because the command of Vajradhara is not deceptive. The key to this practice is to view all phenomena as interdependent illusions, to cultivate the mind of bodhichitta as much as possible, and to have faith in the command of Vajradhara. At the time when summer rain was scarce in the Year of the Sheep, Je Rinpoche made this instruction, and with the force of great rain, the essence of grains, plants, flowers, and medicines on the earth especially flourished and increased. After the rain came, the Nagas were offered to as before, and then sent back to their respective abodes. Svasti! The victorious lotus grove has the fragrance of benefit and happiness, the essence of explanation and practice flourishing, and the nectar of liberation.
