Meditate on the common protection wheel radiating from below, the eight directions, and above. In its center, on a variegated lotus and a sun cushion, from Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) arises a three-pointed [object] marked with Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ), visualize yourself as the powerful blue one, with one face and two arms, the right leg bent and the left extended, with three red and round eyes, adorned with eight snakes, wearing a tiger skin lower garment, the right hand holding a three-pointed spear, the left hand making a threatening gesture with a noose of snakes. On your crown is Oṃ (藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ), at your throat Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Āḥ), and at your heart Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ). Above that is the blue center of an eight-petaled lotus. The eastern petal is light blue. The southern petal is white. The western petal is red. The northern petal is green. The southeast is red. The [petal of] truthlessness is pale yellow. The northwest is yellow. The [petal of] power is of various colors. In the center of that lotus is Paṃ (藏文：པཾ，梵文天城体：वं，梵文罗马拟音：vaṃ，汉语字面意思：Paṃ), and in the middle of each of the eight petals is Naṃ (藏文：ནཾ，梵文天城体：नं，梵文罗马拟音：naṃ，汉语字面意思：Naṃ). From the complete transformation of these, in the center is the water deity Varuṇa, white, the upper body in the form of a man, with a crown of seven snake heads, the two hands holding a noose of snakes. On the eight petals, in the east is Endless, light blue; in the south is Wealth Increase, white; in the west is Binding, red; in the north is Power Cause, blue; in the fire is Padma, red; in truthlessness is Great Padma, pale yellow; in the wind is Conch Shell Protector, yellow; in power is Lineage Holder, of various colors. All of these have different upper bodies, with seven crowns, the lower body coiled into a snake tail, the two hands joined in prayer. Then, firmly establish the pride of yourself as the wrathful Powerful One, and from the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) at your heart, radiate rays of light. From the world below, invite the water deity Varuṇa, surrounded by the eight great nāgas.
