我之心，于上师三宝无别之状态中，稍作安住。其后，观想自身心间莲花上，显现覆合之。上师之发髻顶端，为（藏文：ༀ་ཨ་ར་པ་ཙ་ན་དྷཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ओम् अर प च न धीः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ a ra pa ca na dhīḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 惹 巴 匝 纳 德）咒语所围绕。其后，念诵“生生世世不离真上师，享用不离佛法之荣耀”等。吉祥！善哉！愿胜者教法之莲园，具足利益安乐之芬芳。讲修之花瓣盛开，解脱甘露之精华。为利一切有情，德格（四川德格县）伦珠顶。大寺之中，广弘此佛法甘霖。 宗喀巴大师以单传的方式赐予瓦梭法王的上师瑜伽。

I, for a moment, rest my mind in the state of indivisibility of the Guru and the Three Jewels. Then, visualize on the lotus in my heart, a reversed and joined [form]. At the crown of the Guru's hair knot, visualize the mantra (Tibetan: ༀ་ཨ་ར་པ་ཙ་ན་དྷཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् अर प च न धीः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ a ra pa ca na dhīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om A Ra Pa Ca Na Dhih) encircling it. After that, recite "In all lifetimes, may I not be separated from the true Guru, may I enjoy the glory of the Dharma without separation," and so on. Mangalam! Svasti! May the lotus garden of the Victorious One's teachings, possess the fragrance of benefit and happiness. May the petals of explanation and practice blossom, the essence of liberation's nectar. For the benefit of all beings, at Dege Lhundrub Teng (Dege County, Sichuan). In this great monastery, may this rain of Dharma be spread widely.
