进行食子供养。在收摄时，所有清净的器物和精华都融入次第的主尊。进一步，将心识收摄至吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字的音韵之间，安住于离戏的境界，从而破除常边。在后得位时，以道用生起如幻化的圆满成就本尊身，从而断除断边，并且不离显现、声响、觉知三者与三坛城的体性，从而进入日常的行持。夜晚睡眠时，完成收摄后，在回向善根等结束时，再次清晰地观想防护轮，并将心专注于心间的咒鬘旋转，一边念诵一边入睡。早晨起床进行瑜伽时，从上师瑜伽等共同和不共的前行开始，除了驱魔朵玛之外，其余步骤如前。为了成就修行，在第二天早晨重新陈设供品和朵玛。举行会供。 是莲师母续部的仪轨。以“起立吧！空行聚集的众神！”等来劝请守护誓言，在“空行修法的誓言今日已满！”等之后，举起修法所依之物，触碰头顶。观想朵玛清晰地显现为本尊，化为光融入，从头顶融入，汇聚于心间的明点，从而轻易获得殊胜和共同的成就。再次进行酬谢的供赞，并以百字明忏悔过失。如果乐意进行火供来圆满念诵和修法，此时可以转换仪轨，从莲师母续部的火供中取出，仅以根本咒来供养焚烧物，并在之后获得成就。之后，详细进行断除罪堕、巩固誓言、回向善根、吉祥祈愿等。然后，向大自在天进行酬谢，遣送诸神并解除禁制。依次首先与具足清净誓言的上师和道友等相遇，然后从闭关中出来。虽然自己没有沾染丝毫如此提问的经验污垢，但由于贝丹仁波切恳切地以善哉之礼相劝请，并且上师赐予了可以书写的允许，因此，如实地按照口耳相传的教言，由属于教言之列的最下者记录下来，若有错谬，祈请诸神和护法海涵！善哉！ 莲师母秘密修法狮面空行母的念诵仪轨成就藏

Perform the Torma offering. During the gathering, all pure vessels and essences dissolve into the main deity of the sequence. Furthermore, gather the mind into the sound of the Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable at the heart, and rest evenly in the state of non-proliferation, thereby eliminating the extreme of permanence. In the post-attainment stage, arise as the illusory, fully accomplished deity form through the path, thereby eliminating the extreme of nihilism, and engage in continuous conduct without separating from the essence of the three mandalas of appearance, sound, and awareness. When sleeping at night, after completing the gathering, at the end of dedicating merit, etc., clearly visualize the protective circle again, and focus the mind on the revolving mantra garland at the heart, reciting it as you fall asleep. When practicing yoga upon waking in the morning, begin with the common and uncommon preliminaries such as Guru Yoga, and proceed as before, except for the exorcism Torma. To ensure the success of the practice, freshly arrange offerings and Tormas on the morning of the following day. Perform the Tsog offering. It is the practice manual of Yumka. Urge the commitment with "Arise! Assembly of Dakinis!" and so on. After "The Dakini practice's Samaya is fulfilled this morning!" and so on, lift the support of practice and touch the crown of the head. Visualize the Torma clearly as the deity, dissolving into light, dissolving from the crown of the head, gathering into the Bindu at the heart, thereby easily obtaining the supreme and common Siddhis. Again, perform the offering and praise of gratitude, and confess transgressions with the Hundred Syllable Mantra. If you are willing to perform a fire offering to complete the recitation and practice, at this time you can transform the ritual, taking it from the fire offering of Rigdzin Yumka, offering the burnt substances with only the root mantra, and also receiving Siddhis afterward. After that, perform in detail the cutting of faults, strengthening vows, dedicating merit, auspicious prayers, etc. Then, offer gratitude to the Great King, dismiss the deities, and release the restrictions. Gradually, first meet with the Guru and Dharma friends, etc., who possess pure vows, and then emerge from the retreat. Although I myself have not been tainted by even a trace of experiential impurity from asking in this way, due to the earnest encouragement of Pelding Jetsun Drung with the gift of "Excellent!", and because the Guru granted permission to write, therefore, according to the oral tradition, the lowest of those belonging to the teachings has recorded it.
