Furthermore, there are also twenty-four places of gathering. As stated in the Root Tantra of Chakrasamvara: "Kuluta and Maru, the land of Sindhu and Nagara, Suvarnadvipa Saurashtra, between Grihadevapreta, Himalaya and Kanchi, the land of Lambaka and Kalinga, Kosala and Trisha Kuni, Otika and Kamarupa, Malawa and Devikotri, Rameshvari and Godavari, Arbuda and Oddiyana, Jalandhara and Pulir, etc. The women of these places are all heroic non-dual yoginis, they all have wish-fulfilling forms, and enter with the power of mind." This is in accordance with what is said in other tantras, but for now, I will stop writing due to the abundance of words. These places also manifest inwardly in the manner of being complete in one's own body, from the crown chakra and so on. From the complete transformation of the channels of each of these places come the heroes, and from the complete transformation of the elements come the pairs of yoginis. However, in the direct instruction of the forty-first chapter of the Mother Tantra Chakrasamvara: "The six yoginis, Kuluta, in the land of Maru are the mothers, in the land of Sindhu is Lama, the chief of the lineage in Nagara, Lambaka and Saurashtra, are the goddesses of the lineage. In the land of Idak is the Great Black Mother, the dakini with form together with Maru. Mount Hima and Kanchi, as well as the land of Panchala and Kalinga, the household deity who holds asceticism, together with children is called Moru. Kosala is the flesh-eating woman, the city of Idak is the great flesh-eater, the Vajra Dakini is the Bom自在母, Trisha Kuni is Khanroha, Pulir and Malaya are also like that, Golden Mountain has the race born with moles, twenty-one thousand women, and whatever others remain, are the wheel yoginis of glorious Heruka. The great churning of glorious Heruka is the chief mother of its mandala. These twenty-four dakinis pervade the three worlds of cause and no cause, and all beings. The samaya of the dakinis is to meditate on the emanation, whether it is meditation or anything else, it will be perfected on earth." As it is said, therefore, mantra is accomplished through samaya and faith. Therefore, in the inner twenty-four places, having ascertained the nature of the chief mothers, the inconceivable city of heroes and dakinis is also generated through faith.

There are immeasurable benefits. As it is said therein: If a mantra practitioner constantly abides in equipoise, he can make the one with form wear the garment of space. Whether male or female, or even a left-handed practitioner, all yoginis please the hero. By offering with Indian mudras, if one constantly offers to the self-born, then everything will be accomplished without exception, and one will be able to enter the offering of the left hand. Thus, it should be understood that this shows the assembly of dakinis through the door of signs, and the left hand through the door of intention. Similarly, the dakinis with a vast retinue of hundreds of thousands are a collection of lineages. As it is said in the Early Translation Tantras: There are hundreds of thousands of great Gandharva goddesses, hundreds of thousands of great Vidyadharas, hundreds of thousands of great Brahma goddesses, and so on, but it is not enough to enumerate them all. Having understood the meaning in this way, regarding the dwelling place of the wisdom being, in other tantras, it is said that the heart is Mount Kailash (Kañcika, Devanagari, Kañcikā, Romanized Sanskrit, Mount Kailash, literal meaning), and the memory is the Himalayas (Himālaya, Devanagari, Himālaya, Romanized Sanskrit, Himalayas, literal meaning), and so on, each with its own purification. Here, too, it is not that the heart of Samantabhadra and Samantabhadri is transformed into the abode of Vajravarahi. One should abandon the attachment born from the discriminating thought that Vajravarahi is like a container placed in a container in the heart of Samantabhadra and Samantabhadri, and the evil discriminating thoughts that they touch each other and obscure each other. In the unadulterated natural state, in the heart of the main deity where the forms of the deities are fully manifest, in the expanse of the nature of light, the wisdom being Vajravarahi herself is particularly clear. One should fix awareness immovably on this, and perform the emanation and absorption of light rays, etc., as in the practice text. This is a unique oral instruction with a seal. However, during the recitation of the body mandala, one should visualize the heart of Samantabhadra and Samantabhadri, inside the joined sun and moon box, the heart-essence syllable "Ah" (ཨ, A, Devanagari, अ, Romanized Sanskrit, A, literal meaning) surrounded by a garland of mantras. This was obtained from the Venerable Dechen Rinpoche's presence through the swift and profound path, with Sonam diligently engaging in hearing, thinking, and meditating, and having specially sent a messenger from a distant place to urge him, he gathered the essence and condensed it into pith instructions and spoke. Many people who had never practiced before opened the seal and plundered it. Regarding all these faults, we look upon the nature of what is said with a good heart, and request the Dharma protectors and dakinis to forgive us, and to prevent the blessings of the Dharma from declining, and to accomplish great siddhis.
