Especially may all obstacles to the practice of the sacred Dharma, such as disease, evil spirits, sins, and harms, be pacified, and may life, merit, wealth, realization, wisdom, and the auspicious qualities of benefit and happiness increase. After reciting a little, through the power of praying with one-pointed devotion, from the heart of the Guru Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, light radiates, and the lineage lord Amitayus, and the light rays of the jewel on his crown, stimulate the mind-stream of the Holy Mother Namgyalma, and all compassion's influence is especially stirred. Immeasurable light rays pervade all realms of the ten directions, and my life force that has been cut, diminished, and declined, and the essence of the four elements and all of samsara and nirvana, all life, merit, wealth, wisdom, and qualities, are invited in the form of five-colored light rays, and dissolve into the vase in the hands of the lineage lord. Together with the stream of nectar, from the body parts of all the fields of accumulation, falls like rain the sweet essence of immortal accomplishment, entering through the Brahma's gate at the crown of my head, purifying disease, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations within the body, restoring the cut, diminished, and declined life force to its original state, increasing life, merit, wealth, realization, and qualities, and attaining the state of innate immortality. Om Amaraṇi Jīvanti Ye Svaha. Recite as much as possible, and the life-sustaining mantra, the long, medium, and short mantras of Namgyalma, and the essence of White Tara, as appropriate, and then conclude the session. All the fields of accumulation dissolve into light and merge into oneself, and one's own body, speech, and mind, and the three secrets of the refuge objects, are inseparable from innate wisdom, contemplating the natural face of the clear light Dharmakaya. Meditate slightly on the meaning. Again, may all sentient beings, including myself, through this virtue, in this life have long life, be free from disease, and possess the sacred Dharma, and in the next life, be born in the realm of Sukhavati, and quickly attain the state of Amitayus! Recite dedication prayers, aspiration prayers, auspicious verses, and then engage in daily activities. During all session breaks, circumambulate stupas containing relics, read sutras, make tsa-tsas, sprinkle water, and diligently engage in virtuous deeds. 寿命、福德和智慧增长等利益不可估量，死后也能往生清净刹土极乐世界，并迅速获得大菩提的授记，这是确定的。这又是上师的加持，如甘露开启的莲花，以甚深意义的精华，愿一切众生，成就无死之果位。这是蒋扬钦哲旺波所说。吉祥圆满！ 依止长寿三尊的，上师瑜伽成就无死的密道。

The benefits of increasing lifespan, merit, and wisdom are immeasurable. After death, one will be born in the pure land of Sukhavati (the Land of Bliss), and will swiftly receive the prophecy of great enlightenment. This is certain. Furthermore, may the blessings of the Lama, like a lotus opened by nectar, through the essence of profound meaning, cause all beings to attain the state of immortality! This was said by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo. May there be auspiciousness! The secret path to achieving immortality through the Guru Yoga relying on the Three Longevity Deities.
