Holding a vase, adorned with silk and precious jewels, seated in the lotus position. From all parts of the three bodies, immeasurable rays of light radiate in the ten directions. At the end of each of those rays, pure lands appear. Appearing like countless dust particles, are the Guru, Yidam, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas. The Vidyadharas and sages who control life, and the retinues of Dharma protectors and wealth deities, gather like clouds. All are bodies of appearance and emptiness, an illusionary net, Marked in the three places by three syllables, radiating light, inviting the wisdom beings to dissolve. Becoming the essence of all refuges combined. Then, if desired, prostrate with the elaborate seven-branch offering including others. Offer the mandala as much as possible. In brief: The wisdom of individual discernment, with mindfulness, grants the supreme nectar of immortality to the deity of life. Fully manifest, to the Guru who embodies all refuges, I prostrate with unwavering devotion from the heart. Leader of the world, Amitayus, the glory that destroys all untimely death. Refuge for those who are helpless and suffering, I prostrate to the Buddha Amitayus. Glorious goddess, the color of the autumn moon, with three faces and eight arms, a supremely beautiful peaceful form. Bestower of immeasurable wisdom and supreme life, I prostrate to the feet of Namgyalma. The deity I have practiced from previous lives, the activity mother of all Buddhas of the three times. Pure white, with one face, two arms, and seven eyes, as the mother holding an Utpala flower, I prostrate to you. Furthermore, to the Buddhas of the ten directions and their retinues, and the sages and Vidyadharas who control life. The Dharma protectors and wealth deities, with their ocean-like retinues, I prostrate with utmost pure intention. Offering with actual and mentally created clouds of offerings, confessing all sins and downfalls, rejoicing in all virtues. Praying for the turning of the Dharma wheel and abiding for hundreds of eons. Dedicating all the accumulated merit, represented by this, to the heart of Bodhi. Three times. Through the power of prostrating, offering, and praying in this way, may I and all limitless sentient beings, in life after life, obtain a body of leisure and endowment, and be blessed to meet pure spiritual friends. May we smoothly reach the other shore of abiding in the Dharma, listening, contemplating, and meditating, and may renunciation and Bodhicitta arise from the depths of our hearts, freely mastering the conduct of the great Bodhisattvas, accomplishing the benefit of both self and others.
