མི་ཕྱེད་པའི་དད་པས་གསོལ་བ་ལན་གཅིག་ཙམ་བཏབ་པས་ཀྱང་དག་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་བདེ་བ་ཅན་དུ་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པར་མཛད་པའི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མགོན་པོ་འོད་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་མི་འགྱུར་རྡོ་རྗེ་བདུད་འདུལ་རོལ་པ་རྩལ་ལ་དག་པའི་སྣང་བར་མགོན་པོ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་མངོན་སུམ་གནང་བའི་ཚིགས་རྒྱུད་སྡེ་འོག་མ་ལྟར་གནས་པ་ཉིད། དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་མདུན་དུ་དམ་རྫས་སུ་འོས་པའི་ཡོ་ཁྱད་རྣམས་གཙང་ཞིང་བཀོད་པ་མཛེས་པར་བསྟར་བ་ལ་བསང་སྦྱང་ཆུས་བྲན་ནས་ཐོག་མར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་པ་ནི། ཧཱུྃ༔ རང་ཉིད་ལྷ་ཡི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས༔ རཾ་ལས་མེ་འཕྲོས་དངོས་ འཛིན་བསྲེགས༔ To the assembly of deities, I offer the feast of food offerings. Please partake of it with joy. Having partaken, grant empowerment and attainments. I confess all that has gone against your heart. I offer the oath-bound demons and harmful ones into your mouths. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Guru Amitābha Deva Ḍākinī Ghanacakra Pūja Khāhi. If you are inclined to perform fulfillment and confession, then prepare the substances for fulfillment. Namaḥ Sarva Tathāgatebhyo Viśvamukhebhyaḥ Sarvathā Kham Utpate Spharaṇa Imaṃ Gagana Kham Svāhā. Multiply the desired qualities into great clouds like an ocean by reciting the mantra of the treasury of space three times. Hūṃ! The oath substances for fulfilling the heart commitment are: Form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and dharma. Offerings, water for washing feet, flowers, incense, lamps, scented water, food, music, and pleasing sounds. Medicine, torma, rakta, song, and dance. Fulfill the heart commitment of the three kāyas of the lama. Fulfill the heart commitment of the five kāyas and eight names. Fulfill the heart commitment of all the lamas. Fulfill the heart commitment of the Lord Amitābha, etc. Complete the six-line verse. Fulfill the heart commitment of all the Buddhas. Fulfill the heart commitment of Avalokiteśvara, Vajrapāṇi, etc. Fulfill the heart commitment of all the bodhisattvas. Fulfill the heart commitment of the supreme bodhisattvas and arhats. Fulfill the heart commitment of all the śrāvakas and pratyekabuddhas. Fulfill the heart commitment of Gurudrak, Kadong, and the three Phurbas, etc. Fulfill the heart commitment of all the yidams. Fulfill the heart commitment of Phakchö, Sengsum, Tso Gyal, etc. Fulfill the heart commitment of all the ḍākinīs. Fulfill the heart commitment of King Trisong Detsen, etc. Fulfill the heart commitment of all the king and subjects. Fulfill the heart commitment of Maning, Shanpa, Rahu, demons, etc. Fulfill the heart commitment of the Dharma protectors and oath guardians. Fulfill the heart commitment of the Lord of Demons, etc., in the blissful realm. Fulfill the heart commitment of all the completers and protectors. Fulfill the heart commitment of all the wealth deities, such as Namse and Dzambhala. Having thus fulfilled the heart commitment, may my wishes be fulfilled, and may pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful actions be accomplished. Hūṃ! Lord Amitābha, complete the two-line verse. To the Buddhas of the ten directions and their retinues, and to the assembly of deities of the three roots, may we, the retinue, being under the power of the afflictions of saṃsāra, and all that we have unknowingly done against your will, be confessed and forgiven. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times, and contemplate that all the sins and downfalls of oneself and others are purified and cleansed. Those gods and demons whom the master Padmasambhava Bound by oath in the past, Without forgetting your former commitment, Please accept this adorned torma, And accomplish the activity entrusted to the yogi. Nourishing the steadfast mothers with washing water: Hūṃ! The master Padmasambhava Bound the twelve steadfast mothers by oath.
