It is called Ni-yob Gong, which is the pulse of the kidneys. What runs transversely from the upper part of the testicles is like the transverse pulse of the testicles. This is also called the pulse of the kidneys. If it is bent into the intestines of the foot, three wrinkles will appear above the intestines. Below the central wrinkle, there is a black pulse called the intestinal hole pulse, which is the pulse of the liver. The two methods of stabbing are to first cut the skin and pulse, and then stab the pulse. The elephant trunk method is to hold the pulse with your hand, then stab it obliquely, and drain the blood from the wound. The spear method is to hold the pulse with the left hand and stab it with the spear method with the right hand, and then cut the pulse. The oblique cutting method is to sharpen the lancet, stab it obliquely like the elephant trunk method, cut with the blade facing upwards, or pull it out and cut it like a thin pulse. Lung puncture is to puncture the left and right lungs. The upper part of the stomach, that is, Asoli, has a throbbing pulse, so stab it directly before sharpening it. Be careful of the heart pulse at the elbow as well. Be careful above the support of the lungs, because it is recessed and has many veins. Be careful of the acupoint of the little finger behind the stomach, between the thumb and forefinger. Ni-yob Gang has the pulse of the heart, so be careful. In the case of the back veins, be careful of the spinal cord. The erection of the eye veins should be stabbed upwards at the hairline. If it is stabbed too low, the eyes will gradually become blind, so be careful. The heart pulse, take the method of cremation twice, cut the skin. After the pulse is revealed, use a curved needle to lift the pulse upwards, and stab it with the spear method. At the black pulse of the intestinal hole, insert the lancet one finger deep, drain the black blood, and then cauterize. This is the key point of pulse taking extracted from the Fourth Treatise of Medicine.
