Third, the next day at sunrise, administer bear bile and one dose of Kashmiri medicine, mixed with fresh butter, crushed and administered, then seal the pulse point. After that, do not eat until noon. After that, when showing the auspicious pill, apply copper ash to the white three substances etc. After sealing the pulse point, it seems that there is also a custom of using meat wine to suppress the wind. Fill the stomach with these foods, and then relax slowly. However, avoid spicy, rotten, and sour foods, as well as fish, pork, eggs, buckwheat, fermented foods, sea buckthorn, and sour wine, etc. Also avoid raw and cold foods such as peaches and apples, intercostal meat, and shoulder blade crumbs, etc. In terms of behavior, also avoid strenuous activities, horse racing, sleeping during the day, sexual activity, sleeping with head and feet reversed, crossing large rivers, walking barefoot, yawning, cold, etc., as well as fox footprints, under ladders, women, contact with dogs and cats, shadows and unclean things, and laxatives, emetics, bloodletting, and anesthetics, all of which should be avoided forever. Alternatively, garlic, onions, pork, fermented foods, and contact with foxes, ladders, dogs, and cats, as well as crossing fire and water, etc., should be avoided for one month. Laxatives, emetics, and bloodletting should be avoided for three months. Other than that, it is best to avoid it forever, moderately avoid it for three years, and at least avoid it for one year. By observing these, all four hundred and four diseases, eighty thousand demonic obstacles, eight untimely deaths, etc. will be pacified, and life, merit, and glory will increase.
