卡如擦，黑阿梨树、刺柏、黑古古，骨胶与糖块及红糖，制成丸药能极度降伏傲慢。调和气血，献上适宜的水或酒。特别是深奥幻轮的口诀是，自身观为七法具足的遍照尊，将病魔收摄为黑色的哈字（藏文：ཧ་，梵文天城体：ह，梵文罗马拟音：ha，汉语字面意思：哈），观想于疖眼之上，并在自己面前的虚空中央，观想明亮的白色阿字（藏文：ཨ་，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）。双手张开，覆盖于膝盖之上，压住上行气，并在心间稍作停留。再次从两个鼻孔中完全呼出，与此同时，连续念诵哈音（藏文：ཧ་，梵文天城体：ह，梵文罗马拟音：ha，汉语字面意思：哈）。观想被收摄的病魔哈字（藏文：ཧ་，梵文天城体：ह，梵文罗马拟音：ha，汉语字面意思：哈）从心间发出，融入阿字（藏文：ཨ་，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）中。安住于远离生、灭、住三者的自性觉性，安住于空明无言的状态中。这是极其有益的究竟口诀。如果诊断为气盛，则在六七处，根据黑白分界，配合前后疖子进行艾灸。如果诊断为血盛，则在六顶或岗脉处放血。无论气血哪种偏盛，都是诊断的最好方法。瓶子的周长是十八指，颈长十二指，口径四指。在具足特征的腹部，用青稞或任何纸张点燃，那也会产生红褐色蜜蜂般的火焰自性。观想病魔从血肉骨髓深处被拔出。念诵此咒：嗡 美日 玛波 索（藏文：ཨོ་མེ་རི་དམར་པོ་སོད།）。念诵时稍作旋转。在那疖眼的正面和背面进行白色艾灸。外拉回旋气，瞬间止息疖痛。此外，还有森林种类的石花和狗骨头、青铁等，以及所有骨头种类，等量混合捣碎。待如酸奶般时取出，装入纸中。需要时，贴于患处，能消除肿胀和痘疹，特别是能将内部的血清引出，止息气疖。撞击和坠落引起的疼痛都能消除，详细操作方法可在《布医书》中了解。这是上师口传的甚深耳传。对于大的疖子，可在岔路口用箭杆水和未见天日的雨水熏蒸疖子。用新酥油等进行涂抹按摩，滋养气脉。食用滋补食物，避免粗糙和轻浮之物。行为上，穿暖和的衣服，缓慢地生活。

In particular, the profound oral instruction of the illusory wheel is, visualize your own body as the all-illuminating deity endowed with seven dharmas, gather the disease demons into a black HA syllable (藏文：ཧ་，梵文天城体：ह，梵文罗马拟音：ha，汉语字面意思：Ha), meditate on the boil's eye, and in the center of the sky in front of you, visualize a bright white A syllable (藏文：ཨ་，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：A). Spread your hands and cover them on your knees, press down on the upward-moving wind, and pause for a moment in your heart. Then exhale completely from both nostrils again, and at the same time, continuously utter the sound of HA (藏文：ཧ་，梵文天城体：ह，梵文罗马拟音：ha，汉语字面意思：Ha). Visualize that the disease demons gathered into the HA syllable (藏文：ཧ་，梵文天城体：ह，梵文罗马拟音：ha，汉语字面意思：Ha) emerge from your heart and dissolve into the A syllable (藏文：ཨ་，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：A). Rest in the self-aware awareness that is free from arising, ceasing, and abiding, rest in the state of emptiness and clarity that is beyond words. This is an extremely beneficial ultimate oral instruction. If the diagnosis is that wind is predominant, then moxibustion should be applied at six or seven places, according to the black and white boundaries, in accordance with the boils in front and behind. If the diagnosis is that blood is predominant, then bloodletting should be performed at the six peaks or the Gang pulse. Whichever of wind or blood is predominant, it is the best method of diagnosis. The circumference of the vase is eighteen fingers, the length of the neck is twelve fingers, and the diameter of the mouth is four fingers. In the belly that possesses the characteristics, ignite barley or any paper, and that will also generate the nature of fire like a reddish-brown bee. Visualize that the disease demons are being pulled out from the depths of flesh and bone. Recite this mantra: Om Meri Marpo Sod (藏文：ཨོ་མེ་རི་དམར་པོ་སོད།). While reciting, rotate it slightly. Apply white moxibustion to the front and back of that boil's eye. Draw out the swirling wind and instantly stop the boil pain. Furthermore, there are also forest-type stone flowers and dog bones, blue iron, etc., as well as all kinds of bones, mixed and crushed in equal amounts. When it is like yogurt, take it out and put it in paper. When needed, apply it on the affected area, which can eliminate swelling and pimples, and in particular, it can draw out the internal serous fluid and stop wind boils. The pain caused by impact and falling can be eliminated, and detailed operating methods can be found in the "Bu Yig" medical book. This is a profound oral transmission from the master's instructions. For large boils, the boils can be fumigated with arrow-shaft water and rainwater that has not seen the sky at the crossroads. Apply and massage with fresh butter, etc., to nourish the wind channels. Eat nutritious foods and avoid rough and light things. In behavior, wear warm clothes and live slowly.

ད། 愿依顺友伴，语出肺腑。 后治、前述、秘密三者，以火封锁。 即便如此，仍未平息，痛苦难忍。 若以双力能胜，则临近死亡之时。 阿那、里西、扎地、姜黄。 岩盐、荜茇、诃子、两种止泻药。 汉盐、蓬灰、蔓荆子，等量齐平。 主药是达玛的肉，分为三份调和。 若风盛，则用刺柏、大黄。 胆病用小毒、金花，痰病用。 白芍、根、心风、酪梨。 大药、酥油、红糖调和后。 用红糖包裹成丸，用酒送服。 若洗浴二三次，则用骨汤鞭打。 后治通用，调和能治痰血风。 上涌难忍之病。 消除此疾，乃是嘉瓦让炯多杰（第三世噶玛巴，1284-1339） 智慧空行母所献之精髓。 若生其他疾病，则用各自的对治药。 调和后，依前述方法，依止寂静之药。 如是，教言如大海之朝阳。 善加剖析的深奥意义，如莲花。 以此汇集的新奇念珠。 愿众生从非时死亡中解脱！ 如是，此治疗血风之简略方法，乃是应吉祥上师之语所劝请，由青年阿巴亚所著。 血风上涌之疗法，奇妙赐命。

Dha. I speak of relying on harmonious friends, words that come from the heart. Subsequent treatments, previous explanations, and the three secrets are sealed with fire. Even so, it does not subside, and the pain is unbearable. If it can be overcome with dual force, then at the time of approaching death. Ar-nag, li-shi, ja-ti, and ginger. Rock salt, pi-ling, a-ru, and two kinds of diarrhea-stopping medicine. Chinese salt, ol-mo, and re-lcag in equal parts. The main medicine is Darma's meat, divided into three parts and mixed. If the wind is strong, then use juniper and rhubarb. For bile diseases, use small poison and golden flower, and for phlegm diseases. White peony, root, heart wind, and avocado. Great medicine, ghee, and brown sugar are mixed together. Wrap it in brown sugar and offer it with wine. If you bathe two or three times, then whip with bone soup. Subsequent treatments are common, and blending can cure phlegm, blood, and wind. A disease that surges upward and is difficult to endure. Eliminating this disease is the heart essence offered to Gyalwang Rangjung Dorje (the Third Karmapa, 1284-1339) by the wisdom dakini. If other diseases arise, then use their respective antidotes. After mixing, follow the aforementioned method and rely on peaceful medicines. Thus, the instructions are like the morning sun of the ocean. The profound meaning that has been well analyzed, like a lotus flower. With this collection of wonderful new rosaries. May all beings be liberated from untimely death! Thus, this brief method of treating blood and wind was written by the young Abhaya at the urging of the words of the glorious and venerable Lama. The treatment for blood and wind surging upward, a wondrous life-giver.
