啊！ 至尊虚空无死者，恒常…… 瑜伽自在怀大悲，甚深秘密口耳传承， 如海之主钦哲蒋扬，恒常…… 种姓坛城如海之本体，忆念能除轮回诸苦者， 于具德根本上师前，恒常顶礼作祈请。 诸法遍主安乐尊，三密轮之黑汝嘎， 智慧幻化之明妃，嬉戏大乐前敬礼。 未得俱生和合前，至尊上师作摄受， 愿于胎卵湿化生，坛城四灌成熟之。 甚深道之根本胜，共同及不共同之， 胜乐轮之诸誓言，愿皆如法不毁损。 清净不净四生处，明晰清净生次第， 显现观为本尊天，息等事业愿自在。 了知传承之体性，以咒次第拙火瑜伽， 生起智慧四喜之，愿成秘密之次第。 如是勤奋二次第，以得暖相合行持， 从极喜等地越过，愿成唯一大手印。 尤其此生之中，极舍执相诸分别， 如德瓦巴空行母，愿究竟大密之行持。 胜乐轮之瑜伽，与永不离三处之， 空行众会恒常住，愿成持明自在主。 上师众之加持力，本尊空行之威力， 我与虚空等有情，愿得俱生金刚地。 此乃至尊萨迦班智达所造胜乐金刚上师传承祈请文之后面次第增补，乃蒋贡衮噶索南所造那若空行之仪轨中所出。衮秋伦珠以下之补遗，与从俄尔艾旺大寺所传之瑜伽母加持传承相符，蒋扬钦哲旺波所著。 愿一切吉祥！ 至尊金刚瑜伽母那若空行传承上师

Ah! To the venerable Namkha Chime, always... The Lord of the profound and secret oral transmission, Possessing great compassion, the Lord of Yoga, Khenchen Jamyang Zangpo, always... The very essence of the ocean of lineage and mandala, Whose remembrance dispels the suffering of samsara and nirvana, To the glorious root guru, I always prostrate and pray. The supreme bliss, the master pervading all phenomena, The Heruka of the three secret wheels, And the consort of wisdom's illusion, I bow to the great bliss of play. Until I attain that very union, May the venerable guru hold me close, And may I be ripened by the four empowerments In the mandala of womb-born, egg-born, and miraculously born. The supreme root of the profound path, The common and uncommon, May all the vows of the Wheel of Bliss Be protected properly, without degeneration. Having purified the four impure birthplaces, And well-meditated on the clear and pure generation stage, May appearances arise as deities, And may I control the activities of pacifying and so forth. Having understood the lineage's nature, Through the yoga of tummo in the stages of mantra, Generating the stages of the four joys of wisdom, May the secret stages be accomplished. Thus, striving in the two stages, Connecting with the practice of gaining heat, Passing through the grounds such as Supreme Joy, May the single-pointed Great Seal be accomplished. Especially in this very life, Having completely abandoned conceptual clinging to signs, Like the Ḍemgi Ḍārikāpa, May the practice of the great secret be perfected. With the yoga of the Wheel of Bliss, And never separated from the three places, May I always abide with the assembly of dakinis, And may I become the master of awareness-holders. Through the blessings of the gurus, And the power of the yidams and dakinis, May I and all sentient beings as vast as space Attain the ground of the union vajra. This, the later additions to the Guru Lineage Prayer of Chakrasamvara composed by the venerable Sakya Paṇḍita, is according to what appears in the Chakrasamvara sadhana of Naropa composed by Jamgön Kunga Sonam. The supplements from Könchok Lhündrup onwards, in accordance with the lineage of blessings of the yoginis transmitted from the great Ngor Ewam Monastery, were written by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo.
