Ḍaḥ! Born from the lotus face, Mother who gives birth to the Buddhas of the three times, I prostrate and praise the Wish-fulfilling Wheel! Thus praise. Third, the deity body inseparable from samaya and wisdom, the Great Seal. Hold the mind single-pointedly on the clarity of the general and the specific. Generate firm pride. When the experience of clarity and stability arises, remember the purity of the base and result linked, and train to mature into the near cause of the supreme accomplishment of the generation stage. Second, if you are tired from such meditation, in order to invigorate, train in the contemplation of recitation. Oneself in the heart of the Noble Mother, Wisdom Being Amitayus, white and clear, in equipoise, holding the vase of longevity, adorned with silk and precious jewels, seated in vajra posture on a lotus and moon seat, radiating light and rays, in the center of the lotus sun and moon in the heart, Tāṃ (藏文，梵文天城体，tāṃ，seed syllable), surrounded by a chain of mantras, recitation stimulates the samaya, the appearance of infinite light, emanating from the top of the crest jewel, from which arises the victorious Noble Mother, crystal-colored, with the right hand in the refuge-giving mudra holding a hook, and the left hand holding the vase of longevity in the supreme-giving mudra, accompanied by light and rays, countless sun-like dust radiating, gathering all the essence of samsara and nirvana, stable and moving, into the form of great bliss, dissolving into the bindu of my three doors, attaining the accomplishment of immortal life, and increasing great bliss wisdom. Recite and contemplate thus, keeping mindfulness present. Oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā (藏文，梵文天城体，oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā，梵文罗马拟音，oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā，Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha) mainly recite this vajra ten-syllable mantra. At the end of the session, the mantra uniting the three: approach, accomplishment, and activity, Oṃ tāre tuttāre ture hūṃ hūṃ vajra jñāna āyuṣe svāhā (藏文，梵文天城体，oṃ tāre tuttāre ture hūṃ hūṃ vajra jñāna āyuṣe svāhā，梵文罗马拟音，oṃ tāre tuttāre ture hūṃ hūṃ vajra jñāna āyuṣe svāhā，Om Tare Tuttare Ture Hum Hum Vajra Jnana Ayushe Svaha) also recite as much as possible. If you feel happy and capable, Oṃ amāraṇi jīvantīye svāhā (藏文，梵文天城体，oṃ amāraṇi jīvantīye svāhā，梵文罗马拟音，oṃ amāraṇi jīvantīye svāhā，Om Amarani Jivantiye Svaha) and Oṃ amita āyur dade svāhā (藏文，梵文天城体，oṃ amita āyur dade svāhā，梵文罗马拟音，oṃ amita āyur dade svāhā，Om Amita Ayur Dade Svaha) also recite a little. Third, begin to rise from that session, supplement and stabilize the omissions and deficiencies of the mantra with vowels, clarity, dependent arising, and heart essence. Briefly perform offering and praise, and confess faults with the Hundred Syllable Mantra. A! Rigpa, self-appearing samaya being, face, hands, and symbols dissolve into the sphere. Again, like a rainbow from the sky, it arises as the play of great wisdom. With this, the deity appearance dissolves into the sphere of clear light.

Gathering and rising as the body of union. May the three doors increase into the three vajras with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum). Through this merit, may I quickly attain the deathless noble mother, and may I establish each and every sentient being on that ground. Thus, dedicate the aspiration and say auspicious words as appropriate, and then engage in conduct. Thus, as the empowerment of the completion of the path, this yoga of one mudra, which is the yoga of the beginner or the easy entry into the general daily practice, was repeatedly bestowed by the omniscient Vajradhara Lodrö Thaye, prophesied by the Buddhas, and is worshiped with hundreds of faiths on the crown of the head. According to the meaning of the root treasure text, Padma Osel Do-ngak Lingpa, a servant who pleases the Lotus-born Lama, wrote this virtue near the place where Tara rejoices in the Gandhola of Palpung Yidga Chödzing (དཔལ་སྤུངས་ཡིད་དགའ་ཆོས་འཛིན་, located in present-day Derge County, Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province), may the lotus feet of the glorious and holy lama remain firm for hundreds of kalpas, and may all limitless sentient beings manifest the wisdom body of the venerable deathless Tara. Mangalam! Om Swasti (藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：Om, auspicious!). The master of all the Buddha's teachings, possessing the seven transmissions, may the feet of Padma Osel Do-ngak Lingpa live for hundreds of kalpas, may the supreme teachings spread throughout Jambudvipa, and may the auspiciousness of constant stability and blazing glory prevail! Sarvadā kalyāṇaṃ bhavatu (藏文：སརྦ་དཱ་ཀ་ལྱཱ་ཎཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：sarvadā kalyāṇaṃ bhavatu，汉语字面意思：May there be auspiciousness at all times)!
