From the Heart Drop of Manjushri Yamantaka: The Essence of Daily Yoga. From the Heart Drop of Manjushri Yamantaka: The Essence of Daily Yoga. Thus, from the Heart Drop of Manjushri Yamantaka: The Essence of Daily Yoga is present. Namo Guru Yamantakaya (藏文,梵文天城体,IAST转写,汉语字面意思:敬礼 गुरु यमान्तकाय ,namo guru yamāntakāya,Homage to Guru Yamantaka). Here, is the intention of the master Manjushri Mitra (འཇམ་དཔལ་བཤེས་གཉེན།). The Dharma collection taught in the profound oral transmission by the abbot of Oddiyana, Lodro Choksey Tsal (བློ་ལྡན་མཆོག་སྲེད་རྩལ།). Gathering the essence of daily yoga from the Heart Drop of Manjushri Yamantaka, there are three ways to practice: preliminaries, main practice, and conclusion. The first has three parts: refuge, bodhicitta, and accumulation of merit. The first is: In front of the assembly field, the lama Manjushri's peaceful and wrathful mandala, awakened to pervade the sky, I and other beings, all enter through the single gateway of the three doors, and take refuge with devotion. Ah! From the unborn wisdom, arise as the unimpeded appearance of the mudra. Great glorious Manjushri Heruka, by recognizing my own nature, I take refuge. Repeat three times. The second is: While remembering the meaning of aspiration and application, With. Hung! In those who have not realized the realm of suchness, with great compassion, through the profound yoga of the two stages, I generate the supreme mind to liberate the three realms. Repeat three times. The third is: Ho! Vajra master, Buddha, glorious one! I prostrate to the one who abides in the three times! In the field of relying on the Three Jewels, I take refuge with non-dual mind! Please accept the pure offerings, both actual and mentally emanated! I confess all misdeeds that obstruct the river of accomplishment! I rejoice in the unobstructed conduct of the pure Dharma of the ten directions and three circles! Immaculate, without the stains of the four extremes, I generate the complete bodhicitta! To the Sugata, the powerful sentient beings, I offer my body for the sake of the three necessities! All the actions accumulated over countless lifetimes, I gather and dedicate to the great enlightenment! Repeat three times. Dza! Hum Bam Hoh! Visualize the assembly field dissolving into oneself. The second, the main practice, has three parts: the deity generation stage mudra, the speech recitation mantra, and the mind clear light suchness yoga. The first is: Ah! The nature is primordially equal, from the unborn wisdom, the image of birth is the letter A (种子字,藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), the life of all stable and moving vessels and contents, great magical

By pacifying, impure appearances dissolve into the realm of reality; The spontaneously accomplished immeasurable wisdom palace; In the center of the perfectly adorned precious charnel ground; Filled with a million nagas, Nyan, Tri, and earth lords; The seat of the directional guardians, Maheshvara, sun, and moon; Above that, the great seal of emptiness; The all-encompassing and subduing Heruka; The unchanging nature of reality, body color blue; The head of the three liberations; The white Naga thousand leads as snakes on the right; The red Nyan Tri heart is eaten on the left; The blue enemy demons and earth lords are devoured in the center; The hands that liberate the six realms of samsara; Possessing the hand symbols of the six wisdoms; Wheel, sword, and vajra on the right; Club, wooden stake, and threatening mudra on the left; With four miraculous feet in a throwing stance; The three poisons and arrogance are trampled under the hips; Elephant raw hide charnel ground attire; Adorned with snakes and precious skull garlands; On the head, the five families of wrathful deities; The heart of arrogance and the head of nagas; The necklace is complete with the attire of wrathful deities; Likewise, the wrathful body of the realm of reality; The consort is the aimless realm of dharma; Dark blue holding a heart blood skull cup; All the ornaments and emanated deities; Like the sun and its rays; The unproduced, spontaneously arising power of play; The complete and vast luminosity of samsara and nirvana. Thus, Reciting and contemplating, the image is clear, pride is stable, through the gate of pure mindfulness, practice until the clear appearance of the deity's body reaches its ultimate perfection. Secondly, there are two: the practice of the peaceful deity and the practice of the wrathful deity. The first is: In the heart, Manjushri's wisdom mind; Red-yellow sword and scripture in hand; In the center of its skull tent; From the sound of HUM on the sun; The sound of the six-syllable vajra; From the appearance of the mantra's form; Light rays radiate, offering to the noble ones; Gathering the blessings of wisdom, love, and power; With clear and blazing light rays; The darkness of the two obscurations is cleared away. Thus, reciting and contemplating. oṃ vāgīśvari mī (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཝཱ་གཱི་ཤྭ་རི་མཱི།,梵文天城体:ओँ वागीश्वरि मी,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vāgīśvari mī,汉语字面意思:嗡,语自在,我). Recite. The amount of practice is six hundred thousand times. The second is: From the vajra mantra garland at the end of HUM: Body, mantra garland, hand symbols, etc.; Radiating with blazing light rays; Purifying appearances and existence, absorbing them into oneself. eka he duna ya ma snying khrag ra ma tsa ya (藏文:ཨེ་ཀ་ཧེ་དུན་ཡ་མ་སྙིང་ཁྲག་ར་མ་ཙ་ཡ།,梵文罗马拟音:eka he duna ya ma snying khrag ra ma tsa ya,汉语字面意思:诶嘎嘿顿亚嘛宁擦惹嘛匝亚).
