By these, pacify all the bad dreams, bad omens, and all obstacles. Gather again and touch one's own body, purify all obstacles. Visualize that from the visualized objects in front, countless rays of light and Vajra Wrathful deities emanate, performing the action of repelling all the malicious ones. At the end of the protective mantra, say "Phat Phat." In general, if it is for oneself and the benefactor, then (recite) "all the obstacles of, Shāntiṃ Kuru Svāhā (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思)". If it is specifically for repelling bad omens and nightmares, then (recite) "my, Sarva Durnimitta Durasāpana Shāntiṃ Kuru Svāhā (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思)". Add in this way. When reciting the Hundred Syllable Mantra, etc., according to the situation, change "my" to "the benefactor's." After finishing the recitation, join the palms. This mantra of a thousand Buddhas is called "Blazing Crown." Whatever actions, thousands, eighty, nine, and five, various actions, and all auspiciousness, glory, and fame are accomplished. Bad dreams and bad omens are eliminated by reciting it once. By this truth and true words, may all the demonic obstacles and hindrances of myself and the benefactor be repelled! May they disappear! May they be pacified! May they be completely pacified! Say this, clap the hands, and accumulate the count. Again, nourish the torma with care, and from purification and blessing to the statement of the power of truth at the end of the recitation, do as before, that is, repeat the years, etc., as appropriate. When the count is complete, at the end of the statement of truth, the assembly of deities of the Blazing Crown, whose power and strength are unimpeded, etc., at the end of the repelling and transforming, recite the protective mantra, and with music, place the torma in a clean place. The third is, replenish the offerings, purify and bless, and make offerings and praises to the visualized objects in front. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times, and ask for forgiveness for the shortcomings of incompleteness, etc. Om. You with, etc., Vajrasattva, the wisdom being, descends, the samaya being dissolves into oneself. On one's forehead is Om (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), at the throat is Ah (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), at the heart is Hum (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思). By this merit, may I quickly attain the Blazing Crown, etc., widely proclaim the dedication, aspiration, and auspicious words. The traces of the action should not be visible. Strive in this way, as mentioned above.

The benefits of this will arise. Especially, for those who practice the accomplishment of vidyā-mantras, it pacifies obstacles and brings forth the fruit of accomplishment. Therefore, one should focus on this alone. This is also following the root of the entire teaching, the great Chimton, the all-knowing Namkha Drak, and his commentary. By the virtue of what Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo has composed, may all obstacles that obstruct the path for myself and all sentient beings be pacified, and may the virtues of benefit and happiness greatly increase! The method of reversal that removes all obstacles, relying on the torma of the Wrathful King, the Flaming Crown.
