出自《普贤行愿品》。 遍布虚空边际，恒时供养。 从无始以来所积的一切罪堕皆忏悔。 对三世的一切善根皆随喜。 祈请法轮常转，长久住世。 将无上功德回向大菩提。 八善逝以及三族怙主等， 世尊大集会眷属众， 恳请您们以大悲心特别垂念 我和浊世的一切众生， 如昔日所发誓愿， 令真实的果实显现。 愿暂时的疾病、邪魔、罪障、过失等， 以及修持正法的违缘皆平息， 寿命、福德、财富、信心、精进、智慧等， 顺缘善妙的一切增长。 愿持教者长久住世，讲修兴盛，教法弘扬， 一切众生安乐增上，祈请加持。 乃至临终之际，世尊及眷属， 亲自接引往生清净刹土， 迅速获得菩提心之授记， 祈请成办二利任运成就。 如是作礼拜，并念诵长短适宜的陀罗尼后，若有本尊像，则如常忏悔、祈请坚住等，若无，则对供品未备、损坏等，所有过失祈请宽恕，之后，祈请世尊及眷属返回各自刹土，并祈请再次降临。 愿我等善根力， 利乐之源教法盛。 愿尽断一切诸苦因， 速速干涸有海渊。 八逝如来及彼所说正法， 与其执持圣者僧众等， 所有殊胜吉祥之功德， 愿增世出世间诸吉祥。 如是随力回向、发愿、说吉祥语。 此乃全知布敦巴大师宗派之博学雄辩者阿旺丹增，应拉赞之语，以天物之花劝请。庸碌者蒋扬钦哲旺波于吉祥桑珠曲林寺所作，愿此善根令一切众生二利如意成就。

Arising from the Aspiration Prayer of Excellent Conduct. Always offering, pervading the limits of the sky. I confess all sins and downfalls accumulated from beginningless time. I rejoice in all the virtues of the three times. I request the turning of the Dharma wheel and to remain for a long time. I dedicate the supreme merit to great enlightenment. Eight Sugatas and the three family protectors, etc., Bhagavan, the great assembly of retinues, With great compassion, especially consider Me and all sentient beings of the degenerate age, As you vowed in the past, Manifest the fruit of truth. May temporary diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, faults, etc., And all obstacles to practicing the sacred Dharma be pacified, May life, merit, wealth, faith, diligence, wisdom, etc., All favorable conditions and goodness increase, May the feet of the upholders of the teachings be firm, may the teachings of explanation and practice flourish, May all beings increase in happiness and well-being, please bless. Even at the end of life, Bhagavan and his sons, Personally lead us to the pure land, Quickly prophesy the essence of enlightenment, May the two purposes be spontaneously accomplished. Thus, make prostrations and recite the appropriate long or short dharani. If there is a representation, then confess and request to remain, etc., as usual. If not, then forgive any faults such as unprepared or damaged offerings. Then, request the Bhagavan and his retinue to return to their respective pure lands and request them to come again. By the power of this root of virtue of myself and others, May the source of benefit and happiness, the teachings, flourish. Having completely abandoned all causes of suffering, May the ocean of existence quickly dry up. The eight Sugatas and the sacred Dharma they taught, And the noble Sangha who uphold them, By whatever wonderful auspicious qualities there are, May there be auspiciousness for the increase of goodness in samsara and nirvana. Thus, make dedication, aspiration, and auspicious words as appropriate. This was also written by the learned and eloquent Ngawang Tenzin, who upholds the tradition of the omniscient Bodongpa, at the request of Lhaten, with divine flowers. May the virtue of Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, a mediocre one, who composed this at the Palden Samdrub Choling Monastery, cause all beings to accomplish the two purposes as desired.
