药师仪轨心要极简集·赐予利乐之光。 药师仪轨心要极简集·赐予利乐之光。 名为药师仪轨心要极简集·赐予利乐之光者，敬礼。 那摩 咕如 贝卡杂雅（藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་བྷཻཥ་རཱ་ཛཱ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：नमो गुरु भैषज्यराजाय，梵文罗马拟音：Namo Guru Bhaiṣajyarājāya，汉语字面意思：顶礼 गुरु 药王）。于此，行持药师仪轨心要之礼供祈愿极简法者，于本尊前陈设力所能及之供品，以出离心与大悲心为先导，以佛法僧众皈依发心三次，及众生皆得乐等四无量心修习。胜义谛真实诸佛菩萨之加持，二资粮之威权与法界清净之威力，器情世间成为大乐刹土之庄严地基，意悦珍宝所成之无量宫殿，其中央狮子宝座莲花月轮之座垫上，善逝如来及眷属座次圆满安住后，从普贤行愿中所生之，供云充满如海而享用。 如是，以之加持地基等。若兴致高昂，亦可诵供云咒。之后以专注之心，成为所有众生之怙主，摧毁魔众及军队之无与伦比之天神，如实知晓所有事物之，祈请世尊及眷属降临于此地。如是祈请，观想如现量般降临并安住。降临吉祥等可广作，或以八支供养等供养大海。以不死甘露之流沐浴，以轻柔天人之触抚慰侍奉，祈请安住于福田之中。如是之后，真实之礼供为：于悦意池塘之中安住之，如初升之莲花花苞绽放般之，双手合掌于头顶，伴随赞颂之音，化现无量之身而恭敬顶礼。八如来之仪轨，开显妙道之实传上师与，十方诸佛及彼等所宣说之殊胜法，及现今执持之僧众等顶礼。 名号吉祥、珍宝、金贤、无忧、法海、神通、药师、释迦牟尼，圆满广大祈愿之。

Here, the method for performing the highly condensed essence of the Medicine Buddha ritual, including prostrations, offerings, and prayers, is as follows: Arrange offerings to the best of your ability before the representation of the deity. Precede with renunciation and great compassion. Take refuge and generate the mind of enlightenment three times with the assembly of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Meditate on the four immeasurables, such as "May all sentient beings have happiness." Through the blessings of the supreme truth, the Victorious Ones and their heirs, the power of the two accumulations, and the purity of the Dharmadhatu, may the environment and beings become the basis for the arrangement of a great bliss realm. In the center of an immeasurable palace made of mind-enthralling jewels, on a lion throne and lotus-moon cushion, may the Sugatas and their retinues gather and remain. May the offering clouds, arising from the conduct of Samantabhadra, fill the ocean and be enjoyed. Thus, bless the ground and so forth. If you are enthusiastic, you can also recite the dharani of the offering clouds. Then, with single-pointed intention: You who are the protector of all sentient beings without exception, the deity who destroys the unbearable forces of demons and their armies, and who knows all things as they are, I request the Blessed One and your retinue to come to this place. Having requested in this way, contemplate that they come and remain as if vividly present. Perform the arrival well, etc., extensively, or offer the ocean of offerings with the eight-limbed practice. Bathe them with a stream of deathless nectar, and attend to them with the gentle touch of the gods. I pray that you remain in the field of merit. After that, the actual prostrations and offerings are: In the midst of a delightful pond, like the opening of a lotus bud at dawn, with hands joined at the crown of the head, accompanied by songs of praise, I emanate countless bodies and respectfully prostrate. To the ritual of the eight Sugatas, to the lineage gurus who illuminate the excellent path, to the Buddhas of the ten directions and the sacred Dharma they have spoken, and to the Sangha who uphold it now, I prostrate. Adorned with precious moon and lotus, Skilled in all that is to be known, with vast wisdom, Possessing speech as profound as the ocean, I prostrate to you, King of Melodious Sound! Shining like gold from the Jambu River, Blazing with splendor surpassing a thousand suns, Whose form is like a stainless golden stupa, I prostrate to Golden, Excellent, Stainless Light! Having attained the supreme bliss of Nirvana, Pacifying the suffering and pain of beings, Becoming the protector and auspiciousness of the six realms, I prostrate to Supreme, Auspicious, Free from Sorrow!
