Offer with the retinue. I beseech the Bhagavati to bless my lineage. Having prayed thus, the palace in front remains. The goddess's body merges into one's own body. The wheel of the heart merges into the heart. From then on, the dwelling is a square, four-doored, four-stairway immeasurable palace made of crystal, lapis lazuli, ruby, and pure gold, adorned all around with various ornaments. In the center, one instantly transforms into the goddess Saraswati, with a white complexion and three faces. The first two hands hold a sword and an utpala (Sanskrit Devanagari: उत्पल, Sanskrit Romanization: utpala, literal meaning: blue lotus), the lower two hands play the lute. Seated on a lotus moon with vajra posture, youthful as a sixteen-year-old, adorned with silk and jewels. In the center of the heart, an eight-petaled lotus with closed petals, the white syllable hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཾཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, literal meaning: shame) burns like a jewel lamp. Its light opens the lotus of the heart, and on each of the eight petals reside two vowel letters. From this, light radiates, dispelling the darkness of ignorance of oneself and all sentient beings. The wisdom nectar of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is invited and merges in, causing the lotus and the letters to become clear and blazing. Think that the power of wisdom, unobstructed to all knowable things, greatly increases. Recite the single syllable hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཾཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, literal meaning: shame) fifteen hundred thousand times, and seeing the signs that appear below is the method of approach. The recitation that accords with the practice and the subsequent is: In the center of the white eight-petaled lotus in the heart is hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཾཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, literal meaning: shame). On the eight petals are sixteen vowels rotating clockwise. The letters reside on a cushion of half a sword. From this, light radiates, dispelling the darkness of one's two obscurations and strengthening the power of wisdom. Purify the two obscurations and habitual tendencies of all sentient beings. Visualize them merging back, along with all the essence of the animate and inanimate, into the seed syllable mantra garland in the heart.
