Make dedication and aspiration prayers. If you wish, during the session breaks, abide in the pride of being the noble Tara. Starting from the noble Tara residing in the sky in front, praise with the Twenty-One Taras Praise, and dissolve into yourself, as in the usual ritual. In this way, divide into four or three sessions. At the end of the early or late session, offer the torma. The measure of recitation is to recite thirteen million times the ten-syllable mantra, which is effective for accomplishing activities, and reciting eighty million times will make it possible to accomplish all kinds of activities mentioned in the Tara tantras without any obstacles. If you wish to perform a completion fire puja, adding the deity's mantra to the common secret ritual will accomplish it. Other aspects of what to abandon and adopt during retreat, and how to be liberated, should be understood according to the general method of practice. Secondly, if you want to accomplish the practice, based on the completed recitation, the method of empowerment based on the mandala is as follows: In a secluded place, arrange heaps of red or purple rice on a mandala made of copper or other materials. Arrange the offerings and a red torma in front, and bless the offerings. Before accumulating the two accumulations, proceed as before. It is said that by persisting in four sessions like this, it can be accomplished within fifteen days. Third, regarding the activity method, there are two: the protection wheel and the oral instruction for binding thieves, which should be understood from the root text written by Jetsun Rinpoche. This was written by the recluse Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, extracting the essence of the meaning from the old documents. May this virtue pacify all internal and external obstacles of all beings, and may all desired accomplishments be fulfilled as desired!
