And to the right. The essence of the deity, a blue stone, is surrounded by a rosary of five-colored lights. From the complete transformation of Amitabha at the crown of the head, The Lama, the Bhagavan, the Lord Amitayus (Buddha of Limitless Life), With white and red radiance, in equipoise, holding a vase of life, Adorned with silk and precious jewels, complete, seated in vajra posture. Outside oneself, a tent of white wheels, Revolving to the right, flames burning, incinerating demons, obstacles, and hindrances. From the HUM syllable in the heart, along with the mantra rosary, Emanate white, yellow, red, blue, green, and liver-colored lights, Shining in sequence, filling the entire inside of the body. Pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful, the supreme activities, Are accomplished in sequence and simultaneously, and made stable. The remaining light radiates outward from the pores, Outside the wheel, six tents of light, United like the shape of an egg, The spaces in between filled with fresh blue lotuses. The accomplishments of limitless activities are all realized, From the HUM in the heart of the lineage lord (Amitabha) emanates light, Restoring one's diminished life force, Gathering the life essence of samsara and nirvana, and dissolving it into the vase. The stream of nectar enters through the Brahma aperture, Pervading the entire body, purifying untimely death, Attaining the accomplishment of immortal life. Saying and contemplating thus, stabilize by holding the vase breath as much as possible. Again, from the HUM syllable in the heart, along with the mantra, A stream of nectar and white rays of light, Emanate immeasurably, proclaiming the sound of the mantra itself, Filling the inside of the body, purifying illness, demons, sins, and obscurations, Increasing life, merit, wealth, wisdom, and qualities. Finally, even down to the pores of the hair, Are filled with trickling dew of nectar, Thereby attaining the state of the immortal noble mother. Recite this also a little. The third part is the conclusion: When preparing to rise from the session, Make offerings and praise: Bhagavati Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, I pray that you pacify the fear of untimely death, For myself and all limitless sentient beings, And grant the accomplishments of life and wisdom. Pray thus. Recite the root mantra, heart mantra, and hundred-syllable mantra each three times with clear tones, stabilizing the blessings of the mantra and compensating for any deficiencies. The outer world and its contents, the protective circle, dissolve into light into oneself, And oneself also gradually dissolves into the state of clear light.

再次于如意轮之身前明观，三处为三字所标识。以此善业，愿我等一切有情，此生长寿无病，具足正法，后世得生极乐刹土，速疾获得如意轮之果位。如是等以回向、发愿、吉祥语作结，而进入行持。若作念诵，沐浴及清净等，以四座之次第，上等时念诵六个月，中等念诵八十万遍，下等亦念诵十万遍，加上增补词句亦念诵其十分之一左右。于后座之末供养食子。念诵圆满后，补阙之火供当如蒋扬钦哲旺波所造仪轨而行。此外，观想次第之细节，以及念诵、修持、事业三者等，当如察钦父子之语，于蒋贡衮噶洛哲所造之修法仪轨，以及俄尔艾旺派之金刚阿阇黎蒋悲扬鄂旺勒哲所造之引导文《具乐怙主之口传》、必要之文字，以及我所造之修供仪轨等中领会。此乃持寿自在三昧洲之金刚阿阇黎大堪布无等耶谢桑波，劝请撰写此传承祈请文及修法仪轨等，依于此番劝请，由离尘者蒋扬钦哲旺波，如察钦父子之语，于拉萨（Lhasa）格培（Gepel）大悲殿中，将之编纂为简略之偈颂。以此善根，愿持教大德之莲足永固百劫，一切众生速疾成就无死智慧之身。萨尔瓦达卡拉雅南 巴巴度。（梵文，Sarva dā kalyāṇaṃ bhava tu，一切时中吉祥圆满） 至尊白度母如意轮修法极简略法——成就无死之近道。

Again, clearly visualize yourself as the form of the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel. Your three places are marked with the three syllables. Through this virtue, may all sentient beings, including myself, have long lives and be free from illness in this life, and possess the sacred Dharma. In the next life, may we be born in the Pure Land of Sukhavati and quickly attain the state of the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel. Conclude with dedications, aspirations, and auspicious words, and then engage in the practice. If performing recitation, purify yourself with bathing and cleanliness, and follow the order of the four sessions. For the best practice, recite for six months; for the intermediate, recite 800,000 times; and for the least, recite 100,000 times. Also recite about one-tenth of that amount with the supplementary words. At the end of the last session, offer the torma. After completing the recitation, perform the supplementary fire puja according to the instructions composed by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo. Furthermore, the detailed points of the visualization sequence, as well as the three aspects of recitation, practice, and activity, etc., should be understood in detail according to the words of Tsarchen father and son, the sadhana composed by Jamgon Kunga Lodro, the instruction manual "Oral Teachings of the Lord of Bliss" composed by Jampel Yang Ngawang Lekdrup, the Vajra Master of Ngor Ewam, the necessary writings, and the sadhana offering texts composed by myself. This was written in reliance upon the encouragement of the great Khenpo, the incomparable Yeshe Zangpo, the Vajra Master of Tsemchok Samten Ling, who requested that I write such a lineage supplication and sadhana. By the renunciate Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, just as the words of Tsarchen father and son, in the Lhakhang of Compassion at Lhagyel Gephel (Lhasa Gepel), it was compiled into a concise string of verses. By this virtue, may the lotus feet of the supreme holders of the teachings remain firm for hundreds of kalpas, and may all beings quickly attain the body of deathless wisdom.
