Obtain all accomplishments. The longevity torma and longevity wine, and the Amitayus on the crown of the head, each transform into a second self, dissolving into the deity you clearly visualize. Simultaneously, light radiates from the heart of the master, inviting all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions to appear as the form of the Protector Amitayus, dissolving gently into you, making the accomplishments of immortal life and wisdom stable and powerful. Please have this faith. While reciting the essence and long mantra, place the longevity vase on the crown of the head. Give longevity pills and longevity wine. Scatter flowers, may you become an unchanging Yungdrung ( स्वस्तिक，स्वस्तिक，svastika, auspicious). May you become an undiminishing victory banner. May you become an indestructible vajra. May you obtain the accomplishment of deathless life. Om Vajra Ayushe Supratishta Vajraya Svaha. If you want to simplify it further, you can start from the point above where it says, "The inconceivable light radiates to the ten directions." Your own life force rises, declines, is destroyed, and all that is taken away by demons and obstacles, the essence of the four great elements, the life, merit, and power of all sentient beings, the non-dual wisdom of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, all gather into the vase in the hands of the Protector Amitayus on your crown. All of this becomes the nectar of immortal life, etc., as before. As above, in the last instance, the longevity torma, longevity wine, and Amitayus on the crown of the head all dissolve into light in the form of the accomplishment of immortal life, dissolving into the deity you clearly visualize, etc., this is the difference. Then, at the end, recite the extensive auspicious verses, take vows, etc., according to the empowerment ritual. This is a note from the "Garland of Stars: A Hundred Longevity Empowerments" composed by Khenchen Thamtse Khyenpa Ngawang Chodrak, etc., adorned with the practices of the venerable lamas, and in accordance with the root text, composed by the learned renunciate Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo. May this virtue cause all beings to enjoy the feast of immortal life and wisdom.
